“Group Stay”
We enjoyed our stay in the house. Rooms were neat and comfortable. It was in a good location giving us access to the city. However the kitchen had a hole and was leaking.

“Great help from owners”
I booked to go in October but unfortunately with the government guidelines i wasn’t able to go and had to cancel my booking. The owners Patrick and Donna were a great help, they kept in contact with me constantly and was able to get a full refund. When it is safe to go again i would definitely book with Patrick and Donna.

“MRS”
This review concerns another residence let by the same company. Unfortunately we were not able to use the original property because of an unexpected plumbing disaster 2 weeks before our stay. The owner offered an alternative which was fantastic. I'm sure he was not able to accomodation all the people effected by this but in my case he did everything in his power to ensure we had suitable accomodation of a very high standard which was no mean feet as there were 9 of us. Can't praise Peter enough. Will definately be contacting him in the future if required.

“Weekend for 8 people”
We have never booked a house rental before, however, as there was a group of 8 we thought we would give it a try. This suited us perfectly, the house was fairly close to Belfast Centre, although we had hire cars. The bedroom & shower room on the ground floor is great for anyone in a wheelchair or someone who could not cope with stairs. The house was clean, tidy and the spaces where we could all sit are well designed and spacious, so much nicer than having to meet up in a hotel lobby or someone's room. The shower in the top bedroom ( room 5) needs attention if someone else turns a tap the power looses pressure. The wifi was really slow so we gave up with that. Some instructions on how to use the cooker, job and dishwasher would be helpful but we did figure it out and it wasn't difficult.
