“Luxury Cancun Beachfront Condo” "Luxury Cancun Beachfront Condo" says it all and these photos are truly what this magnificent home looks like. What you read in the property description is absolutely the way it is. This condo is gorgeous inside and out. The furnishings are comfortable and modern. Everything is just as it should be. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed by Gia and Roberto, the housekeepers/maintenance/"go-to" caretakers who kept our vacation home spotless. Additionally, Marty, the owner, checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. He truly wanted to make sure that we were enjoying our visit and everything was as we expected it to be. On our most recent trip as in the past, if there was any problem, he was on it right away. This is one of the reasons we keep coming back. We stayed here for a month before the property was renovated and it was wonderful then. Upon our recent return for a month-long vacation, we found it to be beyond wonderful. Villa Nizuc's staff is amazing. The grounds are beautifully manicured and the pool is crystal clear. If you wake with the sun, you'll see the groundskeepers raking the beach, skimming the pool and on their hands and knees tending to the lawn and topiary-like shrubs. When returning from a shopping trip, a staff member will rush to your door to help you carry your purchases into the condo. From hailing a taxi or bus (a real adventure, by the way) to inviting you to put the baby turtles into the sea in the evening, they cannot do enough for you. As far as security and safety goes, we were as comfortable as at home in the USA, if not more so. Within walking distance is the new Oxxo convenience store which we found very handy. Also very close is the superb Navios restaurant which is literally on the lagoon as the dining areas are on the dock. We will definitely return for our third stay.

“This Penthouse Was Awesome!” I recently stayed one night here with a group of 8 friends and we had the time of our lives. Tim and his partner, Mike were very accommodating and made it extremely easy for us to get settled in. The views are breathtaking as you are truly at the highest point of view in Cancun. From the outside of the building, the hotel itself looked run down but the penthouse was nice and had plenty of room. We took a short bus ride for ten pesos a person downtown at night to party and had a blast. The beach at the hotel is beautiful and clean and the pool was enjoyable as well!

“Great Vacation” My wife and I recently stayed two nights in unit 341 at the El Taj Oceanfront. This unit was beautiful! The white, sandy beach is literally about 20 steps from the front door. It was clean and very well decorated. The view from the living room looks out past the pool to the ocean. There is a very large private belcony off the master bedroom that offers a quiet spot for coffee in the morning. The staff at El Taj were extremely nice and very accommodating. If you are looking for a very clean, well-kept, relaxing unit that is on the beach, I would highly recommend you stay here.

“Best Vacation I ever had!!!” I had the best vacation ever. It was so nice having everyone together in one place.There was eight people and there was plenty of room. The view from the condo was great and the location of the condo was to. The hotel staff was excellent so was the food and drinks.I would stay again in a heart beat. We plane to go back next year.I have been to several islands and there is not to many countries these days you can go to being a american that people treat you like royalty. Cancun is one of them.

“Las brisas 302” Beautiful unit. Spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. The 2.5 bathrooms was an added bonus and made getting ready fast! The pool is clean and most of the time we were the only ones there. The beach is beautiful. Yes the locals use the beach and they should! It's beautiful. We did not rent a car and taxis were always driving by and easy to flag down. Loved dinner at sorrisi. Wonderful food. Get the pizza as an appetizer it is amazing. The spaghetti Bolognese is the best I've ever had. Go to playa azul one day (near las brisas) and get the bacon wrapped shrimp. Amazing. Nice beach, cheap drinks and food. Also, be sure to go to blue angel for dinner one night. Wonderful view and reasonably priced. Live music was an added bonus. The money bar was very fun and happy hour is amazing. Las brisas is perfect and unit 302 looks like the pictures they post online. My only suggestion is that the unit needs a real coffee pot, not just the small one that makes a few cups.
