Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
COZY CABIN IN PRIME LOCATION!
Located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. Take a brisk walk to the lake and enjoy the view, or head down to the Village to shop and refuel on some local cuisine. Just a short drive to popular activities like the slopes, the zoo, National Forest hiking trails, and Oktoberfest. This homey cabin is perfect for small families, couples, or friends looking to make memories in Big Bear.
LIVING SPACE - Cozy 800+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs, along with fast Wi-Fi and a DVD player. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

Response from the manager Thank you so much for taking some time to write this awesome review. I just wanted to update you on a couple issues the first being that we went ahead and had maintenance look at the hot water heater and it turns out it was on the economy setting. It has since been fixed so a hot water shortage will no longer be a problem. Also the homeowner came and fixed the Direct television. Once again thank you for writing this review and we sure hope you will give us a call when you are ready to come back and visit Big Bear! Thank you & have a wonderful day
