Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Sweet Blue Spruce is a great home for a getaway with an authentic cabin feel. This property is located only minutes from The Village with all of its shops and restaurants. Walk to the shops, the restaurants, and the Alpine Slide for year-round fun!
LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, loft, 1.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and half bath. The downstairs second bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps, Chromecast, fast WiFi, Blu-ray DVD player, board games, and card games. Cuddle up near the cozy wood burning fireplace.
OUTDOORS - This lovely rustic cabin has a patio to enjoy the winter snowfall. There is a charcoal barbecue and a large, fenced yard for kids and four-legged friends to play.

“Wonderful Mountain Retreat!”
