8 Comfortable studios, 25 sqm, located in a large park along the Seine. The "House of Wood" is a brand new property which offers 8 studios (4 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor) just 10km from Fontainebleau. Each studio offers high quality services with: hall with wardrobe, beautiful separate bathroom (large bath, toilet, sink). main room with bar and fully equipped kitchen (cooking utensils, kettle, Italian coffee maker, toaster, small fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, 2 hot dishes). double bed, desk, bookshelves, dresser. All studios have access to either a garden or balcony. The common areas are composed of a pleasant terrace with garden furniture on the first floor laundry room on the ground floor (washing machines and dryers), parking, and access to common forest garden. Each studio is also equipped with bed linen and bath Rent includes expenses with water, electricity, heating, internet, Parking, VAT, accommodation tax and garbage.
