Response from the owner I note with interest that your negative review - our only negative review to date - comes the day after we felt compelled to email your group in order to express our disappointment at the mess that was left behind when you checked out. As we stated in the email, what was most disappointing and upsetting for us was the fact that you had accessed a box of our personal possessions that were stored out of the way, on top of the ceiling of the en suite bathroom. These personal items, which we leave at the villa for our visits, were then emptied out onto the roof space and left with no regard. We received a full and sincere apology from the member of your group who booked the villa who stated “I will still recommend the place to anyone because as I said it was perfect. I felt safe and comfortable” so it is a shame you felt the need to leave a negative review.

Response from the owner Thanks for the feedback. All linen and towels were replaced on our last visit 12 months ago as we can take better quality items with us so we will arrange for replacement of those litems in our absence and will also have the shower handle replaced. We ask that any guests also give feedback to our property manager while at the villa so that they can be adressed as soon as possible.
