Located in the heart of Calvados, our property, old farm augeron, you welcomes in its 18 acres. The little house is classified Gîte de France 2 ears of 120 m2 independent terrace, Garden to relax and barbeque. This cottage has a living room dining with fireplace downstairs. Two rooms are also at this level, with office of toilets and elliptical, the second with bathroom and toilet. The kitchen will allow you to cook at home. Upstairs, a very large Quad room with ensuite bathroom and another double bedroom with bathroom are available. Toilets are on the landing. It is worth noting that a tired is located near the main building and should monitor the small Childrena tired near the main building called the vigilance of parents of young children

Notre propriété accueille tout le monde et nous attendons de notre clientèle qu'elle respecte le calme de la propriété et le repos des autres hôtes dans les gîtes environnant .
Chaque gîte a un espace jardin et repas indépendant mais dispose des jeux d'enfants en commun (trampoline, ping-pong, balançoire....)
Des frais de chauffage sont demandés de septembre à juin sauf conditions climatiques qui ne le nécessitent pas .
Le linge peut être loué sur place ou ramené par le locataire.
