“Villa Ziba” We stayed at this villa for 5 nights,had the best time celebrated my 50th birthday the staff were fantastic,the chef cooked a fabulous dinner,staff decoated for me would recommend this villa to anyone.Allen the owner was great,easy to contact and was quick with his responses. “Exceptional experience - Bali style!” This was my ninth trip to Bali over the past 5 years and every trip just keeps getting better. We have stayed in The Laksmina villas now on three occasions and the experience is always effortless. The Villa we had this time was Villa Toba, two bedroom with private pool and two bathrooms. The villa itself was immaculately clean and presented beautifully, with many textures and subtle lighting to add to the ambience. The team of staff who caters for us were very attentive to our every need, anticipating our desires and assisting whenever needed. It like the fact that they phone before coming into the villa and f you need anything at all they are just across the path and can be there in a minute. Highly recommend this row of villas, they are in my opinion in the best location in Seminyak, we didn't need to hire a scooter because everything was in walking distance. Seminyak Square shopping centre, La Lucciola restaurant, Ku DeTa restaurant and Bar. Samaya Hotel and resort across the road, we dined at the Breeze restaurant there a couple of times. Only a 5 minute taxi ride to world class restaurant such as Metis and Sarong.. We will be back again for sure.

“The best one yet” We arrived at the Bintang parking lot, met by 3 guys who are going to take our bags. Up a "rustic" stairs, down a path behind the grocery, then another path, then another..."what did we get into?" Last turn and you look across a rice field and find heaven. Beautiful grounds, great pool, almost total quiet, spotless, great breakfast...yet you're still maybe 15 minutes total walk in to "downtown" Ubud or 10 minutes up the stream bed and turn up into Penestanan. I'm doubtful that you can match this for privacy yet proximity to Ubud shopping and sightseeing. Landlord was incredibly responsive to emails. Driver/Guide most helpful. This was, just simply, one of those place that you kind of want to denigrate a bit so it will be available the next time for us, because we will return. The pictures understate the beauty and you can't hear the quiet in a photo. This is one to not overlook if you like privacy and still like to see what Ubud has to see and do.

“Amazing, authentic, gorgeous, romantic, and such sweet people!” My husband and I booked a last minute reservation with Jaya at one of his Bali Udud Villas. It was even better than we expected. Don't hesitate, stay here! We got to stay at two different villas and took a peek at a third, and all were amazing. Each villa is a true balinese escape. The design, architecture, gardens, views and pool were so breathtakingly beautiful. Jaya and his family were extremely sweet and took really good care of us. Wayan made us delicious breakfasts and served them right in our garden next to the pool. Jaya and his nephew gave us rides to wherever we wanted to go (much easier than driving and parking). But we just wanted to stay at the villa--really, it's amazing! Highly recommend! The villas are very well maintained, wifi is reliable, and location is ideal (just out of the madness of downtown Ubud). And very quiet (didn't notice any rooster noise).

“Paradise and more” Wow! as soon as you go through the huge wooden door you are greeted with a sea of smiling faces and friendly staff. The courtyard is magnificent, swimming pool, gourmet kitchen, LCD TV. The two downstairs rooms are first class, we hurried upstairs to see the other rooms OMG another living area overlooking the courtyard three huge bedrooms with built ins each room as good as the other. Everything about this villa is top class. We had a small problem with an air conditioner not working reported it to the staff they had a technician out within three hours all fixed,(try reporting anything faulty in Australia see how long it takes to get fixed) We had a wonderful stay Breakfast was great 5 choices eggs Benedict was a real crowd pleaser. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa to anyone wishing to stay in Seminyak. Well done Jackson and staff for a truly memorable stay.

“An outstanding villa at a great location.” I stayed at this villa in May, having previously stayed at another villa in the group of four. This is a fabulous location, just off the beach and is surrounded by other quality properties. The location is an easy walk to restaurants on Dhyana Pura and restaurants down the beach. The villa is superb. It has obviously been designed to give a modern villa a Balinese feel, but the stonework, gardens, pool, everything, are spectacular. There is nothing lacking in the villa, with great facilities right down to an espresso machine. Despite a reasonably busy street nearby, the bedrooms are very quiet and the bathrooms are stunning. The staff are excellent - some of the best I have found in Bali over a number of trips. Happy to recomend.

“A Wonderful 'Getaway' Villa” I've visited Bali on multiple occasions over the last 10 years but after my wife, 18-month old son, a friend, and I spent 4 nights at the villa in Penestanan, I will never bother looking for anywhere else to stay. The villa is extremely well thought out and designed to make the best use of the space with a reasonable size swimming pool and garden area for enjoying the sun. The two double bedrooms are beautifully furnished and boast exquisite outdoor bathrooms. The kitchen/dining/living area is open plan and extremely spacious even for several adults. It is clear that a tremendous amount of thought has gone in to ensuring you want for nothing and caters for your every need; in addition to the large fridge/freezer, 3-burner gas hob, flatscreen TV, DVD player, iPod dock, and wifi, it is also supplied with a toaster, juicer, coffee plunger, umbrellas, and inflatable beds for the swimming pool! Not only does the villa ooze quality, but it is also fabulously appointed in an extremely quiet neighbourhood, yet only 5 minutes walk to the well known The Bridges restaurant and Murni's warung. We all left the villa planning how soon we could return! I couldn't recommend it highly enough!
