“Great Stay” The house was a better option than hotel rooms. The house was very clean and they had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. They also provided pool towels for the pool or jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and a good option in the evening. Each bedroom had a TV and they had a pool table in the garage. It's a quiet neighborhood. It's not far from Disney or Walmart for groceries.

“A Magical Stay” What's not to love about this home! First and foremost Brandie herself is a genuine person who really cares about the people who stay at her home. From the initial contact of a personal phone call, to her follow ups on every little question, to her wishing us a safe trip to a thank you and welcome home at the end, Brandie is truly a great family person! The home itself was as described in other reviews and more. The location to the clubhouse could not have been better. A short walk down the path (100yds maybe) and the kids were relaxing by the lagoon pool! The added security of a gated community provided additional piece of mind even though you are only 5mins from Disney. The staff at the community became like family before we left. Friendly, cheerful, always willing to stop and talk about anything and everything! The home itself is exactly as pictured! Clean and comfortable made for it enjoyable to return home for afternoon breaks from the park. The Disney bedroom was the room of choice for our youngest! The downstairs bedroom provided a nice separation for our oldest to have her space when exhaustion took over:). We have rented homes before when traveling to Disney and Brandie's is at the top of the list! From location, ease of access, amenities, cleanliness, comfort and exceptional (what I will call) customer service and value, you won't find a better place to stay or person to work with then Brandie and her home!!! We will definitely be back again!!! Thanks Brandie :)

“Relaxing Stay with family in condo” we had a relaxing stay at the condo mainly the kids had good time in the heated pool and game room. Condo had all the amenities exactly stated in the ad and looked same as in the pictures. It is closer to the Disney World parks. It had walmart and other shopping area within few miles.It was easy check-in and check-out and well managed.Looking forward to stay again sometime this year.

“A very different experience.” This was the first time that I ever rented a house versus a hotel and I would highly recommend renting a house. We were very pleased with the house, but extremely upset with the home owners that lived in the community. When inquiring about renting the home I asked if there was a place to park a motorcycle trailer and I was told I could park it at the club house. After arriving there I was told I couldn't park it there. They were very rude and uncooperative, and forceful about me moving the trailer.I also had a handicap lift on the back of my truck that was to long for the driveway. Another home owner complained and cussed me out because I was blocking the sidewalk. The driveway was very short with no room. The house was very clean and everything was as advertised. Very, very pleased with the house. Everything went very smoothly with payment & reservation. The home owner responded to e-mails very quickly until I tried to get him to reimburse me the $70.00 for having to store the trailer somewhere else.

“Great place to make memories!” Loved having the children and grandchildren all together for a school vacation. We were so close to many venues and didn't need anything but the pool to entertain us once we returned home every day! Spacious house, that was well stocked with linens and cookware. “Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Wonderful House with everything you need” Our family had a great time in this house had everything we needed. Not everyone came this time because of Hurricane Matthew their flights got canceled we were sad about that . It was great to come back from the parks and relax in the spa and pool , the weather really didn't affect this part of Florida so we had a great time . The house is close to restaurants and shopping and the parks so I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in a well maintained home .

“Family vacation 2017” The house was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and all of the major attractions were close. The house had all of the necessities we needed. The living room furniture and carpet was worn, but was fine. The owner was very easy to work with and was quick to respond. I would definately recommend this house and owner for your family vacation!

“Bell family vacation” There's just 2 things that I would say that need to be improved on or changed there was no Disney channels for the kids to watch and the couches were very uncomfortable to sit on. But I learned that the house was great the community was great couldn't ask for better beds pillowsI give it a 4 and a 1/2 stars.
