“Relaxation” We stayed at Casa Del Rio for 10 days and from the moment we got there we felt at home. The property manager meet with us and we very helpful and informative. The home has everything you need the pool area is large enough to host several people. However, nothing will ever top getting an opportunity to see dolphins swim right up to the dock. It was an awesome experience and we really enjoyed our stay!!

“Absolutely perfect!!” This house has everything you could ever need or want away from home. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 6 children (including 2 toddlers), this house was perfect. Everyone had space to sleep comfortably, and we all had enough space to enjoy our company without driving each other crazy lol The house is set up with everything you need, we were amazed to find toiletries in the bathrooms and the garage so well stocked up. First time we ever find this at a rental property. The kids loved the beach and pool toys. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect for our visits to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. We had enough beach towels for everyone too which is a big plus! The kitchen had everything we needed, even Dunkin Donuts coffee! We had a great time making easy meals to accommodate everyone's taste. The grill was perfect for making a great meal and enjoying it outside. If you need to take a break from the everyday hassle, you do not need to look any further! This house is perfect, has everything you need, in perfect condition, with a great surround system. We hope to visit again next year! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

“Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. We could either relax by the pool overlooking the canal, or a quick drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The welcome note and bottle of wine was a very classy touch. “Back again! It doesn't get any better!” This was our fourth stay at ann & Ed's villia. Will we be back... Definitely!! We have visited the house twice in the winter months (December) and in the sizzling hot summer (June/July) and every time we go we never want to leave, the kids actually cry! (we have 4 kids all under the age of 9) The house has ample space for our family, very clean, and we felt at home as soon as we opened the front door, we knew we were home away from home. Having two living rooms is a plus as our kids hang out in one room leaving the second one for the adults. There are plenty of activities provided right at the house. The heated salt pool was a huge hit for our kids. They have board games, very large flat screen Tv's a Playsatation 3 (with games and movies) and wireless internet, magazines (subscriptions left from other guests that return each year), fishing poles and fish right off their docks. The house is close to shopping, dining, beaches and family entertainment. Ann even includes various guides and coupons to local restaurants. Furthermore, the villa represented amazing value, considering the sorts of prices for an equivalent property on the Mediterranean. This villa was spotless from top to bottom kitchenware, kettles, microwaves, etc are all spotless from top to bottom. The only drawback was that we had to leave... but that's okay we book every year! Thank you ann & Ed for making this our 2nd home.

“Great family fun!” Our extended family live far apart so we rented the house for a week to spend some time together. There were 13 of us staying in the house, 5 ages thirteen and under! We had a great time. The kids loved the pool and all the space in the house. There was enough room that we didn't feel like we were tripping all over one another and each had our own space. The walk to the beach is easy and short so frequent trips were made there. It is also only a little over a mile to the "Plaza" where there are lots of stores, restuarants, etc. The wagon was very helpful for the little ones when we made this trip. The owner is very easy to work with and the house is well stocked with towels, dishes, toilet paper, etc. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a vacation away from home. We loved it!!

“The perfect for a family vacation !” We found Sunset Palace to be very comfortable for our large family and very well located. Close to everything we needed. “A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Most amazing vacation on Captiva Island!” We had a great time on Captiva Island. We have stayed there several times, but this time we chose to stay at this private home on the bay. My husband and I were relaxed and the kids had plenty of room to run and explore. The house was amazing - beautiful views, lots of room, great pool and very private but close to everything we could possibly need.

“Fantastic holiday” We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of this holiday. The accommodation was very comfortable and lacked nothing. We were lucky with the weather - only 1 day of rain, and although we saw plenty of lightening we were unaffected by storms. The boat made the holiday for us - it was such a joy to go dolphin spotting, and we spent most days on the water just to keep cool! Some lovely eating places - we would highly recommend The Boathouse, Nervous Nellies and Iguania Mia. Go to The Tiki Hut for the atmosphere and experience when a band is playing!

“Absolutely elegant!!!” We had a wonderful stay in lovely Villa Cape Coral! We were in awe of the beauty - absolutely elegant home & furnishings, spotlessly clean, & a gorgeous location! It was perfect! We loved using the kayaks to explore the canals & the connecting ecological preserve. We also rented the boat & went out around Sanibel & Captiva Islands ~ what an adventure! Such beauty to see and so many dolphins swimming near us too! It was an amazing time! Grilling & dining out by the pool and relaxing in the pool & spa was such a glorious way to end each day!
