“Like staying with the rich aunt I never had!” We stayed in a clean and very comfortable three bedroom condo with all the amenities we could need. The beds in every room at sleep number! When traveling it is so wonderful to have a choice of cooking our own meals or walking down to the pool and enjoying drinks and a good meal with no work. The fully stocked kitchen had a fancy blender for impeccable daiquiris (or morning protein shakes), coffee maker, crock pot, etc. We all lounged on the enormous shaded deck in the afternoon, ate dinner on the patio, and the family room with a pull out sofa is spacious enough that everyone in the family can hang out and watch movies or play games. They had coolers and chairs for the beach, even snorkel equipment! There was a Pack n Play for my little nephew and kids books and games for my nieces. WiFi and satellite TV make it feel like home. The staff at the pool treat you like family and make sure your glass is always filled with a painkiller while sunning by the pool. We were located close to the famous beaches, the downtown restaurants and the ferry dock. We were torn between staying at a hotel or renting a house, but this is the best of both worlds!

“Perfect winter vacation” We were very fortunate to find this gem in Park City for our winter vacation. We lived in this very large and well appointed condo for two full months. Scott and family were incredibly easy to work with and made our stay so nice. The location is fantastic! We are across the street from Fresh Market, Rite aid and Starbucks (as well as many other useful businesses). We were also maybe a 5 minute walk to the Park City Mountain Resort, which is where we had our season passes to snowboard. Another huge plus is the buses here are free to use, and the bus stop is just out front of the complex (2 min walk max). We often took buses to Main Street, which was maybe a 5 minute ride. Very convenient. The condo itself is very large, plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fantastic, and had much more then we expected. Most vacation rentals have the bare minimum with dishes, glasses and cookware, but not here. They had enough to create a feast for 15 (which we didn't, but could have!). The downstairs living area with 1/2 bathroom was great and very open. Nice large TV, the sofa couch was quite comfortable, and the dining room was great for playing games. The high ceiling made this floor plan very open, letting in a lot of light from the second story skylights and floor to ceiling windows. Upstairs there are two full master suites that are separated by a sitting room which we used as an office. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are very well sized, you have plenty of room for everything. We preferred the first bedroom off the stairs as it was a bit warmer. Although the back bedroom has it's own heating system. During the summer, the back bedroom with the balcony would be awesome. The pool, hot tub and sauna in the main area of the complex is great! We met a lot of cool travelers there, and it was a huge plus that the pool was heated, we estimated around 80 degrees. We highly recommend this condo, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Park City!

“Location, Location, Location!” LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, From start to finish this Rental property was so Easy to rent. The owner Erik felt like someone I had know forever. Very personable and very attentive. Loved that it felt like home and not a museum you couldn't live in. I had My Daughters and they're husbands and 4 grandchildren and they all had such a great time. Loved that we were able to walk down to main street without having to drive and park. Thank you so much Erik, enjoyed your home and would most definitely stay there again. Maybe a Girlfriends weekend, next! :)

“24 Daly - An Unexpected Pleasure” As long time visitors to Park City, we knew what to expect from the town and the skiing. However, 24 Daly was an unexpected pleasure. From the excellent location to the little details: massage chair, the spa, tasteful d?cor, comfortable beds, and master bath shower; your bungalow surprised us with its unique charm. “Perfect Fall Retreat” I used Lou's place for a wedding for my family of four. I loved the venue, which is safe, fun and beautiful. It is also conveniently located very close to the freeway. It is very well maintained and Lou is very responsive and organized. I would definitely go back. Having a place where you can cook and relax is nice and keeps you within budget. Yet, it also has the amenities of a hotel with a shuttle, front desk staff and all the fun that comes with staying at a place that is geared towards recreational activities like heated pools, yoga and even a supermarket. Thanks Lou for allowing us to have such a great time.

“Great place!” I loved staying at this condo. The unit has recently been renovated and was very clean. The studio side has a view of the mountain and is located just steps from the ski slopes and among the shops and restaurants. The bedroom has its own bathroom and television and the bed was very comfortable. The living room area is roomy and has a very comfortable queen murphy bed that folds out of the wall if needed. The unit also has a second bathroom and a well-stocked kitchenette with nice appliances. There are also balconies off of both the living room and the bedroom overlooking the skating rink. The unit couldn't be any more conveniently located for skiing; it's located right next to the lift ticket windows and is practically on the payday run. It is also right by a bus stop which was nice because I didn't rent a car but was still able to get around town to meet friends, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

“A Forest Bungalow!” My family and I had a great time at Ptarmigan, Big Mountain-Whitefish, MT. We did it all! Went to Glacier National Park, enjoyed Big Mountain, toured the town and relaxed in the hottub! Our favorite part was making meals in a house in the woods. It was so magical being surrounded by cedar trees on a mountainside. Thanks for the memorable stay!

“Like visiting with friends” My Mom & I had the privilege of being one of the 1st guests at 1899 House during our annual Christmas shopping "runaway" last November. Turning this beautiful old house into a functioning B&B; was still a bit of a "work in progress" at the time, but Lynn & Louie went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible - to the point of adding on a few finishing touches while we were out shopping the 1st day to make the house more accessible for my Mom. The licensing was not in place for them to be able to offer a hot breakfast yet, but Lynn laid out a Continental Breakfast that was varied & customized to our tastes. . . & she even sent us off with snacks to keep us going during our marathon shopping. You know it's been a great B&B; stay when you leave feeling like you've just been for a visit with friends.
