“A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. We could either relax by the pool overlooking the canal, or a quick drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The welcome note and bottle of wine was a very classy touch. “Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!

"Abilene Villa" Serene Gulf Access Pool Home

“Back again! It doesn't get any better!” This was our fourth stay at ann & Ed's villia. Will we be back... Definitely!! We have visited the house twice in the winter months (December) and in the sizzling hot summer (June/July) and every time we go we never want to leave, the kids actually cry! (we have 4 kids all under the age of 9) The house has ample space for our family, very clean, and we felt at home as soon as we opened the front door, we knew we were home away from home. Having two living rooms is a plus as our kids hang out in one room leaving the second one for the adults. There are plenty of activities provided right at the house. The heated salt pool was a huge hit for our kids. They have board games, very large flat screen Tv's a Playsatation 3 (with games and movies) and wireless internet, magazines (subscriptions left from other guests that return each year), fishing poles and fish right off their docks. The house is close to shopping, dining, beaches and family entertainment. Ann even includes various guides and coupons to local restaurants. Furthermore, the villa represented amazing value, considering the sorts of prices for an equivalent property on the Mediterranean. This villa was spotless from top to bottom kitchenware, kettles, microwaves, etc are all spotless from top to bottom. The only drawback was that we had to leave... but that's okay we book every year! Thank you ann & Ed for making this our 2nd home.

“The perfect for a family vacation !” We found Sunset Palace to be very comfortable for our large family and very well located. Close to everything we needed. “Absolutely perfect!!” This house has everything you could ever need or want away from home. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 6 children (including 2 toddlers), this house was perfect. Everyone had space to sleep comfortably, and we all had enough space to enjoy our company without driving each other crazy lol The house is set up with everything you need, we were amazed to find toiletries in the bathrooms and the garage so well stocked up. First time we ever find this at a rental property. The kids loved the beach and pool toys. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect for our visits to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. We had enough beach towels for everyone too which is a big plus! The kitchen had everything we needed, even Dunkin Donuts coffee! We had a great time making easy meals to accommodate everyone's taste. The grill was perfect for making a great meal and enjoying it outside. If you need to take a break from the everyday hassle, you do not need to look any further! This house is perfect, has everything you need, in perfect condition, with a great surround system. We hope to visit again next year! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!
