“Fantastic!” We recently stayed at Villa Gaya and we all loved the villa! From the moment we arrived, Marco was there to greet us and show us around and explain things to us which we all thought was great service! We also had a couple of friends staying for a couple of nights which was no problem and Marco arranged for fold out beds to be set up when they arrived. The Villa was nice and quiet and initially I was concerned about the location but it was still easy walking distance to the main part of Seminyak, close to a super market and best of all, close to a place called Sun Shoot which had fantastic cheap meals and drinks, live music some nights and the staff were lovely. Wi-fi in the villa was great and the beds were so comfortable!!. We would defiantly stay at this villa again.

“Absolutely sensational” We were two couples in our 60's wanting a great self contained villa,with great views, close to amenities, but not in amongst the crowds. Villa dei Fiori, surpassed all of our expectations. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two reception rooms, a great kitchen, a balcony and an outdoor area 'to die for'. Luca and Mary, were gracious hosts, generous with the food and drink, which we did not expect, for your arrival. We liked the property, because it felt like a home. The location and views were perfect for what we wanted.

“Living in a cloud” How can I express the wonderful feeling I had when I arrived to the home. We were received by Maria who has a heart of gold. She delivered and gave beyond what she had. We sat perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the island and Fira dripping from the edge in white. As Maria went through all the best the island had to offer. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a home that made you feel not only on vacation but also embodied the culture and style of Greece. You felt loved and at peace. You can be in that home to relax but in my case, I was surprising my parents with renewal of their vows so I was in close contact with Maria. I honestly did not expect the help she offered, and it was a lot. Making several calls and running around helping us with the details of a wedding. The catering, the flowers, the space. It was a full job for her. She seemed to do it all. Every morning our space was clean and we had fresh towels. If there was a request she was a phone call away. We had hotel amenities. Which is rare for a home rental to have. Over all - A spectacular home, amazing Service, Memorable time. We would go back again and can't wait to see Maria, this time to spend time with-- We highly recommend you go visit the black beach. If you have a concern ask Maria she is a wealth of knowledge. “Spacious luxury in one of Cape Town's hidden gems” The atlantic Dream beach villa is perfect for a relaxing weekend/holiday not too far from Cape Town within a short walking distance from one of the coastline's prettiest beaches. The house caters for many activities such as pool, table tennis, darts, board games, swimming pool, sun tanning, braai/bbq and satellite TV so no matter what the weather or the mood, there will always be something to do. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and neat while the kitchen is spacious and well equipped.The garden and pool area is very sheltered from the South Easter and the design of the house is a perfect combination of luxury and beach-house feel. The only (minor) drawbacks are that, firstly, the wooden floors mean that those sleeping downstairs can clearly hear the upstairs people walking around and, secondly, the hedge across the road which blocks some of the sea view. None of these, however, will deter me from coming back. I would strongly recommend booking this house, and I will certainly do so again.

“Bali bliss!!” I stayed at Villa Dewata with a group of girlfriends and simply had the most wonderful week. The location of the venue was very quiet & private yet still central to all the boutique shops & cafes. The landscape & interiors of the villa were extremely tranquil; each private rooms had plenty of space & was consistently kept very clean & tidy during our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they went out of their way to cater for any of our needs. A great holiday!!!

“Great Villa worth every cents” the villa was superb it has all the amenities you need. When I say all the amenities I mean it ! :) Me and my 4 gf's had a blast at the villa which is located in seminyak.. no worries abt getting there Marco superb service will guide you . Staff was super friendly . Love the latest DVD and novels there.. Villa was well maintained. for future trips will not think twice abt getting the same villa. there's a nearby school there since we all ladies we feel safe alot of traffic movements there.. even the villa is really private.. around the corner theres sunset mall where you can get groceries if you feel like cooking. Seminyak central was not far also . if you love to explore alot of shops if you go by foot. THANK you Marco for your flexibility with regards to our booking ..awesome

“The perfect stay” We joined family friends for a week at Bann Kata Keeree and could not have been more happy with our stay. The house is set up perfectly for families and the staff is truly exceptional. We have leased many villas in many places over the past several years and have never found a better location and set-up. “Excellent villa with excellent service” We really enjoyed our stay in Gaya Villa. Besides the fact that it si a charming place, with large bedrooms and a very much enjoyable pool, Marco and the staff members really cared about our well-being and were available all the time to make our stay even more pleasant. Thanks a lot Marco, we sure know where to go if we ever plan to go back to Bali!

“Location, comfort and good people...” Three of my friends and I stayed at the Haadrin Seaview Villa during the first week of Feb. In the process of selecting this particular Villa I reviewed a number of other options but kept on coming back to this as one of the best from a location vs value for money proposition. Andy and Yuko were very responsive both via email and text messages initially thus the booking of the accommodation was a breeze. One has a tendency to make certain assumptions via photos prior to actually seeing a property and in this case the Villa exceeded my expectations. It has three equally sized bedrooms in the upper lounge area that is open plan with the kitchen. This in turn opens up onto a large deck that faces South so gets the sun all day. There is plenty of seating and a hammock so 90% of the time at the Villa was spent in this space. The upstairs bathroom was also in excellent condition (hot water). Downstairs there is a Jacuzzi that comfortably sits two (three at a push). We mainly used this as a plunge pool to cool down - great feature to have. There is also a secondary bathroom downstairs that comes equipped with a washing machine. So bottom line is the Villa itself is fantastic. The other major attraction are the owners. Both andy and Yuko are very friendly and are available at all times to help out if needed. Location is also critical. The house is 5 min by scooter to Haad Rin (fortunately far enough away from the crowds) and 2 min to a 7/11 that has an aTM. There is also a scooter hire place directly across the road. Of course nothing is perfect so it is important to note that the house is high up on the hill over looking Samui. The walk from the main Haad Rin road to the house is up a number of steps. Once you have a scooter you can get 2/3rds of the way up the hill but there is still about a 30 second walk up hill so if you have any mobility issues this place may not be for you. Overall a great week was had. Fully recommend. You won't be disappointed.

“Superb! Wonderful holiday memories.” We were 4 adults, 2 pre-teen children and 5 dogs on holiday for 3 weeks at Gone to the Beach. What a wonderful December holiday. Normally would 6 people in different stages of life and 5 dogs make any one go mad but we had a great time. The house is spacious, well equipped and comfortable, neat and clean. The location close to the beach was excellent with the dogs and children that wanted to go to the beach a few times a day. Jogging on the beach or to Misty Cliffs was addictive every moring as well as walks on the mountain and the reserve on the other side of Redhill. The proximity of this serene village to Noordhoek and Simonstown and Fishoek is fantastic. Salie is an excellent housekeeper and John the wonderful host. We were so happy with every thing and after 3 weeks in the village we really felt part of the community. What a privilage!

“Awesome place - I want to go back!” I spent 10 days at Villa Bukit and I was sad to say goodbye. I had such a brilliant time there. From absolute luxury accommodation with views of the ocean and volcano, one quickly forgets city life while drinking a cold one and watching the sunset with your mates. The staff were so helpful and even arranged for us to attend a holy ceremony in town. With our scooters on hand each morning we set off to find the best breaks and I found this island was really chilled out and friendly. I would highly recommend this villa. “Beautiful Villa Sari Tas Ev” Sari Tas Ev is a large, comfortable and cosy villa, very tastefully decorated with crisp clean bed linen and everything one could ask for. “Best birthday I could have had” Villa ketumber was exactly as described and the photo were an excellent indication of how this villa is. Travelling with my grown family and a few of their friends there was room for everyone. Nice and close to everything we wanted. Staff were very helpful especially ajan the gardener who went above and beyond many times for us all. We loved tickis the cat even if she can be a little noisy through the night lol . Hadrien was fantastic with his quick responses to any queries we had before coming and showed great compassion for an incident we had while we stayed there. Have stayed in villas many times in Bali and this was my favourite.
