“Stunning apartment and perfect host.” Extremely clean and beautifully appointed flat was perfectly situated to see the sights and visit the markets of Florence. The kitchen has every amenity and all appliances are new and top of the line. No need to scrub the pots before you cook here. The supermarket on the street and the market just around the corner provided us with the fresh ingredients for the best meals. There is even a toaster and a drip coffee maker if you prefer a non-Italian breakfast. Good restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The map and directions provided by our host got us on the right track quickly to see the sights. The neighbourhood is safe for an evening walk for a gelati or espresso. The bed was extremely comfortable with extra linens and towels provided. The heat in the flat was adjustable so that the rooms were always the right temperature. The best flat we have ever stayed in when on vacation.

“Living in a cloud” How can I express the wonderful feeling I had when I arrived to the home. We were received by Maria who has a heart of gold. She delivered and gave beyond what she had. We sat perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the island and Fira dripping from the edge in white. As Maria went through all the best the island had to offer. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a home that made you feel not only on vacation but also embodied the culture and style of Greece. You felt loved and at peace. You can be in that home to relax but in my case, I was surprising my parents with renewal of their vows so I was in close contact with Maria. I honestly did not expect the help she offered, and it was a lot. Making several calls and running around helping us with the details of a wedding. The catering, the flowers, the space. It was a full job for her. She seemed to do it all. Every morning our space was clean and we had fresh towels. If there was a request she was a phone call away. We had hotel amenities. Which is rare for a home rental to have. Over all - A spectacular home, amazing Service, Memorable time. We would go back again and can't wait to see Maria, this time to spend time with-- We highly recommend you go visit the black beach. If you have a concern ask Maria she is a wealth of knowledge. “Perfect in every way” This apartment is a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. Tastefully decorated and well equipped, it is ideally locally just outside the tourist area so you feel like you get a taste of real Barcelona but close enough to the main attractions for walking. All these aspects would make it a great base for a visit to Barcelona. What makes it particularly special was the very warm welcome from Isobel and the fridge full of goodies that enhanced the welcome. Wine, beer and chocolates are by no means essential but are truly generous gifts that elevate the quality of the stay. I would recommend this apartment to all my friends and very much hope to return in the future

“The best place in town!” This suite is beautifully decorated, clean and everything you need is there! “Absolutely amazing apt., all renovated, totally stocked & no detail forgotten” Wow, wow, wow. Great location with cafes and shops right out the door on beautiful place Gracia and metro just across the street. Brand new furniture, beds and everything you could need in the kitchen (not that we cooked-but you certainly could!) Showers were enormous with great water pressure even when all three were in use. Super soft towels and fluffy robes were placed for all 4 grownups. The owner stocked the kitchen like a 5 star hotel with nespresso pods, coffee creamers, jam, biscuits, tea, coke, beer, water and beautiful welcome treats. Both bedrooms are more than "masters" - perfect for 2 couples traveling with kids or grandparents, extended family etc.-no one feels like they're getting the less nice room. There are automatic shutters that make it so dark, you have to set an alarm or risk sleeping really late. Even though its right on Gracia and it can be a little loud if the windows are open, it it totally quite with the double paned windows. There's also AC in every room that can be individually controlled. There are bluetooth music speakers so you can have music from your phone and state of the art electricity system where you hit one button when you walk out the door and it shuts all the lights out. The two kids bedrooms are quite tight (two twin beds each in a perpendicular arrangement) and no place to hang clothes but had drawer space so it worked fine for us. I can't emphasize enough how everything is just perfect and very high end. The owner was extremely enthusiastic, helpful and responsive to any questions and delighted in showing us all the details. The only downside was the booking process was a bit convoluted with various agencies/contacts and a very inconvenient payment process (other than the initial payment by CC which was great). Since we were the first guests to stay here I believe they will sort the payment process out and add a welcome manual with local grocery, restaurant recommendations, etc. which will make it even more perfect. I am a VRBO owner and am very picky about every detail and I just can't describe what a wonderful experience this was. The owner also had brochures for all the sights, art books, guide books, umbrellas, safety waist packs, first aid kit, beautiful bathroom lotions, cottons pads, and the list goes on. I would definitely recommend this unparalleled property.

“Amazingly beautiful apartment!” This apartment is a true gem! Everything you need to feel at home is at your disposal, a visit to the massage reclining chair right before bed is just a bonus!!! “Excellent holiday apartment” We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Bulgaria at this lovely apartment. It was clean and spacious with air con in the bedroom and lounge. The kitchenette was quite basic, but we only used it for making tea and coffee as eating out was very cheap. The Royal Beach complex was absolutely first class - right in the centre of Sunny Beach and only a 2 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The swimming pools and sunbathing area were superb and we had no trouble getting sun loungers every day. The owner provided lots of information before our holiday and arranged airport transfers for us, which was very useful as we had night flights. We have recommended this apartment to all our friends.

“Wonderful visit to Prague” We loved everything about our stay in In the Residence Rybna. The staff was so helpful, from the time of booking to airport pickup, to checkin and afterward. The location was ideal for our visit. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted---sight seeing, the Karlova Bridge, the Prague Castle, the Jewish quarter and Cemetary, dining and entertainment. The tram and subway were both close by and easy to access. We definitely recommend these accommodations and will stay there again on our next visit to Prague.

“We will return to this perfect apartment!” My husband, mother, sister-in-law and I stayed at the Spanish Steps Apartment on Via della Mercede for 5 nights at the end of October. Our stay here was perfect in every way. The owner, David, was incredibly helpful with the booking process, assisting with logistics, and making recommendations. After long flights from the USA, we greatly appreciated David arranging for a complimentary car service from the airport to the apartment. We were met at the apartment by the manager who helped us settle in quickly, left us with groceries, and oriented us to the city and nearby attractions. She also arranged our transportation back to the airport. The apartment is more spacious than it appears in the pictures, exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed including access to a laptop, WIFI, and printer. We had plenty of room and privacy for four guests. The location is perfect for getting to all the major sites either by walking or by the nearby taxi stand (public transportation is also close by, we just didn't happen to use it). The neighborhood is safe and charming. A favorite restaurant recommended by David and within walking distance was Trattoria Dal Cavalier Gino. David also recommended a company that offers personalized tours with private guides, called Rome and Tuscany Tours. We booked a scooter tour of the city, a walking tour of ancient Rome, and a day trip to Pompeii and Positano, and all were excellent and unforgettable experiences. We really can't say enough about our wonderful experience with The Spanish Steps Apartment on Via della Mercede and our host, David. We look forward to our next trip to Rome and staying again at this lovely apartment.

“Expectations Met” My wife and I arrived in Barcelona by cruise ship and our daughter and granddaughter (12) arrived by air the same morning. As this was our daughter and granddaughter's first trip to Barcelona, we thought that renting an apartment for a week would give us a more relaxing, family oriented stay. All of our expectations were met. The apartment was a delightful combination of the old and the new and provided a safe and centrally located haven from which we could explore Barcelona. Isabel not only met us on arrival, she also provided us with very good tips for getting around and arranged for airport transportation at the end of our stay. I can only give my highest recommendation for Apt. 1A.

“a spotless little oasis” Every thing was great with a few exceptions, The view from the balcony was very poor. the ceiling height in the bathroom could be a real problem if you were tall. could not recommend this to anyone over 5ft 10ins One or two niggly problems in the kitchen therefore difficult to cook any sort of a meal

“This apartment is like a home away from home because it has ever” The apartment is very well decorated and in a convenient location. The location is perfect walking distance to historical sites, shopping & restaurants. “Nice Tel aviv City Home” We stayed at the apartment for about one week and we really felt at home. The apartment is very modern, well maintained and provides everything one could need.
