“Relaxing, quiet and convenient” We really enjoyed this condo. It was oceanfront but a bit more of a walk to the quiet beach than sone if the others in the complex. The unit was also very quiet even though we saw many families staying there during the busy vacation week. The kitchen was spacious as well as the bedrooms and baths. We love how convenient it is to the South Beach shopping and restaurants. The bike/walking trails were right at the end of our street too. It was nicely decorated with beachy" pastel colors and we had nice ocean views.

“Excellent experience” Few complaints altho there was some poor weather, the sunny days made up for these times. We have been loyal patrons of Vaqcation Company[and Tiffany]for many years...there is no greater endorsement! Incidentally,our grand daughter just graduatede College and is working for Flip Key!

“Great Stay!” The Vacation Co. was great to work with. Loved the updated condo. Everything was nice and clean - #1 in my book! Location was wonderful - within walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. I don't have anything negative to say about our experience. We will try to reserve this property in the future. Would be good for a small family but not for older people since it is located on the 3rd floor.

“comfortable 2 bedroom villa with nice furnishings and near golf” Nice, roomy 2 bedroom villa with putting green in back yard plus tennis court in the front. There is a ~ 150 yard walk to the beach across one road on a nice concrete path covered by trees. Kitchen, furniture, carpet all in good shape and furnished well. Felt like a beach home for one fun week. Closer to activities at Coligny and Forest Preserve than our previous rentals were at South Beach.

“Gorgeous condo and very conveniently located” This updated condo was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen (even though we never cooked) was well laid out had very nice appliances, gorgeous cabinets and a huge granite counter. The baths have been updated with granite and large tiled showers. Plenty of counter space in the master bath. Both decks were lovely and we had a nice view from the second floor one. I loved the sunroom and the yellow/blue themed furnishings and paint colors were very fresh and nautical. We really enjoyed being able to walk to South Beach and the ocean in minutes. Great vacation at 1423 South Beach Villa!

“Great vacation!” We were originally booked for another villa, but there were cat hairs, so the Vacation Company immediately moved us to this villa. They were very accommodating and very quick. That was appreciated! The villa was very nice and really loved the sunroom overlooking the golf course. Very relaxing. Wish the pool was within walking distance but we had access to another location so we used that. Very nice...would definitely rent from Vacation Company again.

“Relaxing and Convenient!” A wonderful week at Beachside Tennis. The staff that assisted us in booking our vacation could not have been more helpful. This condo was perfect for our family. Beautiful view of the sound from the deck and pool area. We loved the proximity of this condo to the pool. It was so convenient to walk down the steps and across the lawn to the pool gate. It made nap time for the kids very easy to manage. We also enjoyed several meals under the awning on the side deck. The condo itself was in nice condition and very comfortable. In years past we have always stayed in the central part of Sea Pines because we enjoy biking so much and like being centrally located to the things we love about Sea Pines. The location of this condo at South Beach did not disappoint!

“Beautiful view!” This villa was very comfortable for a family four and the location was perfect! We walked to the beach and rode along the bike path every day. The view of the golf course was gorgeous and we were visited by various birds throughout the week. Great location and well-appointed. The family room furniture could use some TLC.

“Awesome Week at Sea Pines.” Our family really enjoyed our week at Stoney Creek in Sea Pines. Everything was in working order and very comfortable. It was in a great area to find shops, restaurants, and ride bikes. The pool was right outside our door and very nice. We enjoyed the island and will make it our destination for another family vacation.

“Nice place” We really enjoyed the condo and it's location. It's comfortable and conveniently located. This was our first time in Hilton Head, and this was a nice spot for us. It's nice to be so close to the beach, and we loved seeing the dolphins swim by- so close, too! We liked South beach, but it is sort of a long drive to anywhere...but the price was very fair, for all the room we had. We did have trouble with some of the little crabs getting into the lower level, but they were going to fix that, and I think we were the first rental they had had on that property.

“Perfect!” My husband and I used to live on Sea Pines and went back for our anniversary. The Vacation Company made the arrangements a breeze. Our accommodations were simply perfect.

“Perfect” We loved this condo. We have been coming to the Sea Pines area for years. This summer we brought our 2 grandsons. We rode bikes every morning then headed to the beach. In the evening we were able to walk or ride bikes to eat & shop in Harbor Town. It's great not having to search for a parking spot. This condo is close to The Salty Dog-another favorite place for dinner. I would highly recommend this Condo. It's location is perfect and the pool is wonderful!! It's large & has plenty of lounge chairs. Oh-it's wonderful to not have to go pick up a key! And my husband & his friends love the golf course.
