“Perfect!” Our stay at afiba View was simply perfect. The sea on one side of house and a private pool on the other. What else could you ask for? Oh yeah, and there's an amazing sun deck with walk out snorkeling in a private little cove! Once you figure out the route taxi, which takes about 2 seconds, you're free to go anywhere along the coast of Jamaica for about $1.25. I cannot recommend this villa enough. Sade is a wonderful host who answered all of my questions and made sure we enjoyed paradise as much as possible. This was our second trip to afiba and we're already trying to figure out when we can return. Can't wait!

“Home Away from Home Only Better” We love this house. It is so warm and cozy. As soon as you step in, you feel right at home. There is plenty of room and open space. The fireplace and living room are incredibly tranquil. There is plenty of sleeping space and bathroom space. The bathrooms are updated and nice and clean. I love the that you don't feel on top of one another. The decor is warm. The views are incredible. We can only imagine how it will be in the summer with the Lake. I can't wait to come back. “Winter Delight in Sun and Sand!” I've been vacationing at the Casa Bugombilias for 15 years, every Chicago winter!! The appeal is the view of Zihuatanejo, its white beaches and night skyline. Any of the available 3 suites will give the opened, fresh ocean air for your relaxation. The casa is kept very clean and your supplies are available as needed.Staff are at hand. “Myrtle Trip” The condo was absolutely beautiful! The parking and being right on the beach were both super convenient! Martha was awesome and we would definitely rent off of her again! She helped us with everything and always answered our questions! 10/10 would recommend this to anyone!

“Best trip to Jamaica ever!!!” My girlfriends and I decide to take a girls trip to some where nice so we can chill, relax, party, and just have so fun. We decide on Palm Villa in Ducans, Jamaica. Now I've been to Jamaica countless times, but this time its was the perfect get away. First and foremost Jennifer was and is amazing. The villa was clean, relaxing, cozing and about a 2 min walk from the ocean. The landscaping was beatiful and the outside shower is to die for. Jennifer toke care of everting from food to transportation and everting in between. Also the local were very friendly (hey tony). In closing I would like to thank Jennifer and Palm Villa for making this trip to Jamaica the best trip ever. “Allesandra with friends” The villa view is spectacular, all day every day. It's an easy, short drive from Cruz Bay. The entrance and parking are easy and roomy. The house is well appointed, with a fully stocked kitchen in the great room space. Security is good for those that want to visit the beaches, and the deck and pool encourage villa-gravity. The 2 main bedrooms are ay oposite ends of the house providing a quite escape for 2 couples. As always, Kathy delivers a St John experience that delights the sights and senses.

“Carribean Chill!!” Having stayed at Min-Y-Don several times now (and on my way back this month) I can sincerley and without hesitation recommend the villa to anyone or indedd any family looking for a truly relaxing Carribean experience. The villa is in a wonderful location perched on a cliff overlooking and overhearing the azure Carribean sea below. The house is well appointed and very comfortable offering privacy as well as a great sun-downer terrace for all to gather in the late afternoon/early evening. “We called it Paradise!” The place was AMAZING. The pictures online are awesome; the place in real life is breathtaking. The house is small. Two tiny bedrooms, one with a full(?) sized bed in it and the other with two twins. There's a little living room with a futon. A small bathroom inside and then the gorgeous outdoor bathroom attached to the master bedroom. I've never been in an outdoor bathroom before but it was crazy cool...especially at night when you light the candles! The house itself is very tastefully decorated. It has a beachy/nautical theme, but not gaudy, just perfect. Don't worry about the smallness of the house, though, because you seriously won't spend any time inside. The whole property is designed for the guests to be outside. We spent a ton of time on the blue outdoor couches, watching our 5 year old in the pool with the ocean in the background and listening to the waves or the music from the sonos system (an awesome touch!). Hilda, Euris and Papo are great. Hilda makes the best food and even taught me how to make flan (I recommend asking her to make that). Euris is so easy to be around. He drove us to the Parque Nacional Jaragua. My husband, who speaks Spanish, learned a lot about the area from him. They got along great! Papo kept the pool clean for our daughter and even tolerated her "helping" him. He spends a lot of time keeping the grounds looking so great. And his bonfires are the biggest we'd ever seen. We like our privacy and we're a little worried about having staff around all the time, but all three were so friendly and unobtrusive that it felt like a true paradise. When we booked the house we had planned for it to be just me, my husband and our daughter. Our in-laws were with us for the first part of our vacation and then we had planned to split up for our stay at Las Guayacanes but due to some miscommunication, they were without a place to stay for the first night. We invited them to stay with us until their place in Santo Domingo was ready. They ended up staying two nights (even though they were paying for a hotel room in the capital) because the property was so great. Euris drove them into the city when they were ready to leave. A few days later we decided to drive into the city to visit with them and invited them back to paradise for our last two nights . Again they agreed whilst still having to pay for their hotel room in the city(again). That's how great the place is!!! Also Edmundo is a great host. He responses are very quick and he'll readily answer any questions you have. He's done a great job with the rental. It's fantastic.
