“Perfect Cape Cod Vacation Cottage” We just returned from our week-long stay at this beautiful, immaculately clean cottage. We fell in love with it online, and it certainly did not disappoint! I can honestly say that there was not one thing lacking from this home. Everything we needed was included; just bring some food and a bathing suit and have a great time! The cottage was the perfect size for our family of four, and the family and friends that joined us on the beach for a day all loved the coziness and décor as much as we did. The ocean is a short walk away, but we bought a parking pass for the week, and were happy that we did. Although we did not explore as many different beaches as we thought we might, it was so convenient to have the pass and be able to pack all our things in the car, drive down to Inman Beach, and have the option to make quick (5 minute) trips back to the house for extra drinks/snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. Parking was never an issue at Inman, so there was no concern about losing a spot. Also, don’t miss out on picking up some steamers from George’s Fish Market. We ate them on the back deck after long days on the beach – perfect and delicious! We can’t wait to return next summer, thank you Lynn and Mark for sharing your home with us!

“Beach cottage on beautiful Cape Cod” We had a lovely visit at the Glendon cottage #99. Cape Cod has so much to offer, we went exploring everyday, from the beautiful sunrise to sunset. The seafood from the area was outstanding. We could hear the waves crashing against the shore, with the beach just a short walk away. The cottage was nicely equipped, and decorated with beach and nautical themes. in pastel colors, we found pleasant to the eye. We found the furniture uncomfortable for sitting, at the dining table, and the sofa for watching T.V. The bathroom toilet was too low and difficult for us to get on/off of. We would have brought a clock, coffee pot, a bathmat, and picked up a local map, had we known we would need them. GPS is poor at the Cape. Also, information r/t garbage recycling, pick-up etc. and list of local T.V. stations would have helped out. Putting all this aside, we enjoyed our stay at the beach.

“Charming isolation getaway” What a wonderful stay we had at the Sunset View Cottage. The cottage is charming, rustic, and comes with all the basic necessities. There’s a screened in sitting area with a twin bed for those that like sleeping in the cool night breeze. We loved the pond, the boat, the kayak and the raft. The dock was a wonderful place to have breakfast; and it was also where we saw the Neowise comet and a few shooting stars! The pond itself is a gem because it offers very shallow waters for those learning to swim or dogs who like to fish, and deeper waters for jumping off the raft, floating around or swimming. Just to manage expectations, this is not a location for people who don’t like rustic accommodations or are afraid of bugs. It is a non-insulated cottage right near a pond surrounded by trees. It has comfortable beds, fans, screens, running hot water, a hammock, strong internet, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower. This suited our needs and made us extremely happy. In addition Christine and her family made us feel very welcome there & even pointed out the wild blueberries that we enjoyed picking. So grateful that they are open to sharing a slice of their heaven with us! We will surely be back.

“Perfect location” We had a wonderful time on vacation in this house. It was spacious and sunny and the yard was huge. Location was perfect walking distance to bay beach and fresh water pond. Also close driving to all of the fun in Eastham. The owners were super helpful with all my questions....and I often repeated questions and asked a lot. Thanks for a great vacation. Sharon

“Unforgettable” Heaven on earth at Drew and Heather's ! Very pleasant house, with all facilities, and a hudge sundeck. High tide, and it's like a private pool at 30 ft. Low tide, and a wonderful sandbeach appears 6 hours for fantastic walks. Can you imagine nicer bike rides very early in the morning to PB's restaurant and baker at highway 6 (about 20 mn ), for a wonderful croissant breakfast ! So much to say about the stay at Wellfleet, Just come and see by yourself. It's sure, I'll be back (from France)

“Great Cottage” I spent a weekend in this cottage and had an overall excellent experience. It is in a great location and is within a close trip to the beach. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and has enough rooms and beds for many people. I will definitely come back next time I am in the Cape.

“South Dennis House” The house we rented was perfect for my family. My girls were happy they each had their own bed! The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the short travel time to all of the Dennis area beaches. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time.

“Great cottage! Clean, updated, cair, laundry, outside shower. Hi” This is a wonderful a very comfortable cottage. Great for a family of up to 5. Very modern, hardwood floors, central air, laundry, storage space for bikes, fishing equipment, etc. Quick walk to a very quiet beach. The low tides are awesome! Surrounding cottages are very nice. The town of East Sandwich is very quiet. Great restaurants, ice cream, antiques, etc.

“Perfect Cape Vacation Experience” This was a waterfront property with marsh across the street, on a quiet private beach. The photos are very true to life, and the house was well equipped with pots and pans, cups, even bug spray. There were great views from the house, and it was truly relaxing to see and hear the waves from anywhere on the property. The rental company was excellent - key was ready for us, linens and chairs waiting on the porch when we arrived. Very close to 6a - grocery, restaurants, ice cream :) - but also remote location without any public traffic in the neighborhood. I could not have asked for a better house or location for our Cape vacation - we will be returning next year!

“Clean, good location, family friendly” We loved being so close to bay. Very family friendly. Very clean. Would come here again. Our only complaint is the "trundle bed" was not a true trundle with another twin bed under. It was drawers. Thank goodness we brought an extra air mattress!!

“A piece of heaven!” This was our second year renting this house. It is airy, comfortable,and it's proximity to the beach is ideal. We really enjoyed the upstairs deck and the living room upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped. We grill a lot and had to fill the propane tank on the grill for the second time this year. That might be something to check before renters arrive. Location is close to shopping, laundry facilities, and restaurants. We didn't leave much because we loved it there. We enjoyed playing games on the beach, and taking daily runs, walks on the road and beach. Plenty of games, puzzles, etc. in the house which our kids took advantage of. We rented kayaks from Ride away Kayaks and they were great- delivered them and picked them up. We kayaked every day. Overall, one of our best vacations. Sand Dollar Realty was great to work with. Very professional, organized, and made arrival and departure very smooth.

“Quintessential Cape Cod beach house - yes, the one in your dream” I stayed at this adorable beach house in august of 2011, my first time to beautiful Cape Cod. I could not have imagined it more perfectly; this little cottage is nestled right in the sand, bare foot steps on the beach. Its the perfect size for a couples retreat or a small family. You will feel worlds away from reality in this cozy and comfortable cottage. We enjoyed a fire on the beach, a stroll into East Sandwich for breakfast, many hours lounging in the sun and playing in the sand-bottomed surf. I still dream of this house, and it will always hold a special place in my traveling memories, for it was far too perfect for words. Thank you Jay and Gretchen for sharing your slice of heaven!

“good family fun!!!” Th service from Sand dollar Realty was great! They took care of every thing from check in/out times, where to pick up house keys, directions to thier office, to the vacation rental and a host of resources for us to explore. They went to great lengths to reduce as much stress as possible to help make our vacation a wonderful experiance. We absolutely loved the home! It was perfect for our family of five. We were very comfortable, the home was immaculate, had all the ameneties of any home, great layout, and plenty of space. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to see aC in the windows. That was a bonus for us because it was not mentioned in the amenities on the web site. It was a great relief because my wife is 7 months pregnant. There were plenty of cookware, utensils, all the appliances worked super, and extra bed blankets. The location and local amenities were perfect. Everything was with in a very short walking, riding, or driving distance. We walked and road our bikes to the beaches, board walk,(Awsome!!), and Cape Cod Canal. There were great resturaunts, Ice cream shops, grocer stores, bait shops, and banks all with in minutes. What we liked best. It felt like we were at our very own beach house. We felt relaxed, comfortable, had no worries, or stress. The owners left great welcoming gifts and information on sights, places to eat and local atractions. We loved the location, house, the towns histoy, local shops, board walk and the marsh at low tide. What we liked least. The shower head is to low. I had to squat to get under it and I'm just barely 6ft tall. A hand held shower head might be good option. Also the TV was small. I'm guessing 15 - 19inch screen. Overall, we had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer. We would like to thank Sand Dollar Realty for all their support and assistance with making the stay worry free. “Charming cozy cottage that is litterally steps to the beach.” My wife and I enjoyed a kid free weekend at this beautiful cottage and had a great time. The cottage was spacious, well laid out and had everything that you needed. Very clean! It would be a great place to bring your kids. We enjoyed walking out at low tide and was amazed how far you could actually walk. The owners Charles and Paula were very easy to communicate with and would recommend this place to anyone that would like a peaceful relaxing gettaway. Thank You
