“Clean, Bright and Lots of Room” We have been renting houses in Eastham for the past 6 years and this rental is one of our favorites. The rental experience was easy and smooth and the office was very friendly, professional and flexible with us picking up and returning the key. The house had everything we were looking for and more: plenty of room to spread out, a huge kitchen with seating for 8 and stocked with pots, pans, glasses & silverware, clean and bright rooms and our favorite - an outdoor shower. The furniture wasn't the usual uncomfortable, frumpy, plaid Cape Cod furniture but modern and comfortable. Tvs with cable and wifi, plenty of games and books to read in the closet made evenings relaxing. The only drawback was that pets are allowed and our in-laws couldn't visit due to allergies. Despite that, we would definitely rent this house again!

“Sweet little spot” We loved the place! Very cozy, comfortable, had everything we needed. We stayed with 2 kids and 2 pups. Kids loved the nearby beach, pups loved the Wiley Beach trails where they could roam freely every day and get their crazies out. The agent and the owner were extremely helpful with some web access trouble which got solved promptly.

“a great vacation” House was clean, well equipped, and had everything necessary, so there was no going to Snow's to get the "one item needed", but not there. Regarding location, would have preferred to be within walking distance of the Bay (1 mi or less), but survived. It was easy to walk in, unpack and start enjoying our stay. Had rest of the family across the street, which made the vacation even more enjoyable. Would definitely consider going back again.
