“Ok” Overall it was fine..checkout was at 11 and at 10 cleaners knocked on door and then preceded to sit in driveway waiting for us to leave. There was no dish soap or soap in bathrooms which would have been nice.

“Wonderful Place to stay” I stayed at the Island Club for a period of 3 months and was very happy with my stay. It was quiet, and comfortable. I liked the layout of my condo which was on one floor. My family of 5 had plenty of room to enjoy. I also liked how there was a patio in back. It made it feel more like a home. We stayed on the top floor where there was vaulted ceilings and lots of windows in the front room. This made it feel more spacious and rich. The amenities were additionally nice as well. There were 2 different pools and jacuzzis, tennis court, clubhouse and work out room to enjoy. I also liked how you could park right up against your condo building. The location was very convieinent as well. It is close to all major attractions. 15 minutes from Disney - 25 from Universal and close to shopping, and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

“Our Spirits were renewed!” Things don't happen by chance! Little did we know six months ago when we booked our vacation how much we would really, really NEED a quiet and peaceful week! This little corner of Marathon is exactly that: quiet and peaceful. The condo is very comfortably furnished, very clean, and the view is - well, I don't think there is a 'better' view anywhere! It's picture perfect - even to the gorgeous green iguana on the palm tree! (but you have to look quick - they move fast!). We had our son, daughter in law and two little grandkids with us...it was perfect! Sunrise with coffee by the pool, under the Chickee or on the patio...awesome! Lots to do for families or singles very close by...yup...you really can even have pizza delivered if you don't want delicious, fresh seafood!..and wow! are there some awesome spots for that!! Communication with the owners is impeccable...could NOT be better. These are the folks with whom you love to do business!! Thanks so much, Todd and Jamie!

“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“Had a Blast!” The condo was great, well kept and clean. Location is ideal for all kinds of things to do. Beach wasn't crowded at all, compared to other sections. I would definitely recommend this condo and look forward to visiting again!

“Great Family Friendly Home” We had a blast. It felt safe and secure. It was clean and spacious. I have a large family of 9 and everyone had plenty of space. Quiet but friendly neighbors. Amenities were awesome. Hot tub was so relaxing. We had a great time.

“A great and fun place to stay” The house is spectacular. Very very well stocked and the manager Al made sure we had everything we needed and even came out a couple of times to quickly address any concerns we had. Very very close access to the beach and dock. Garage well stocked with water toys, chairs, fishing rods, etc. Everything you need. Abundant toiletries, towels, games and entertainment made for a very comfortable stay. Gift basket was a nice touch. Super easy checkout! We will definitely look to rent from again if we ever come back to the area, which we hope to do someday. Thanks!

“Vacation rental” The overall experience was nice. The hot was only hot for one day and wouldn't get hot again there after. The cookware needs to be updated but overall we had a great time. I wouldn't definitely rent this rental again.

“Great condo, Great Location!” Great condo, great location! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently returned home from a 10 day stay at Papakea G-407! I wish I could have stayed forever! The condo is in a great location convenient to several gorgeous beaches and a short drive to Lahaina town. We had all the conveniences needed to prepare meals in and enjoyed dinner on the lanai several evenings with a beautiful sunset! Anne provided a great deal of information on the area as well as helpful hints for shopping, sightseeing, etc. The grounds at Papakea are absolutely beautiful! There are two great pools as well as two large jacuzzis. We will definitely return to this condo on our next visit to beautiful Maui! Thank you, Anne and Wes for sharing your home with us! “Luxury to the Max! Best PV Vacation Ever” This place is unbelievably beautiful- Spotlessly cleran- sure the maid comes in but it is obvious that the owner takes care to keep things up because the furnishings linens, towels artwork cooking facilities ( no dull knives!) are all top notch. For foodies like us the kitchen was a dream but the condoo is right in Old Town with restsurants across and down the street. We loved cooking at the condo because it was hard not to leave. There is s fish store a block away and a meat store a fews stores down from that so lost of fresh food ( yes- a a french pastry shop across the street- odd sight but we were happy to grab a few fresh goodies. The owner also gave us the name of a local woman who came in and cooked for us with tomnes left over. The layout of the place is great for families or couples travlling together- the place is massive and the bedrooms way doen the hall so some can stay up and enjoy the deck and perhaps some extra tequilas and it doesn't disturb those who go to bed earlier. The place is really secure with a regule security patrol but you don't feel cut off from the world. The beach is a stones throw( lierally) from the property but the huge infinity pool ( really big - I mean it!) is great to sit around. I can not recommend this enough-

“Amazing place!” We loved our stay at the Banyan Tree Condos. The highlight is, without a doubt, having breakfast on the deck watching the waves and the surfers. This condo has everything you'd possibly need for your stay and I highly recommend it. Next time we're on the Big Island, this is definitely where we'll be staying!

“Perfect Vacation Relaxation Spot” The view from the room and balcony was gorgeous. Sitting on the balcony each morning sipping my coffee was heavenly. All of the amenities were close to the room and just short walks away. The property itself was well maintained and quiet while still being family friendly. The room was comfortable and a great home base at the end of our daily jaunts. Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater were very easy drives from the Inn. I can't wait to visit again.

“Grand Solmar is a dream for anyone considering a vacation in Cabo!” My husband and I traveled to Cabo San Lucas for a week stay in November . This was our third time to Cabo and our second time at Grand Solmar. We absolutely fell in love with Cabo after our first short visit (only 5 days). And earlier this year, in February, we came back and fell in love again. This time with Grand Solmar! And so here we were again 9 months later back for our third time in 2 years. Everything about our trip was fantastic. We rented a week from a timeshare owner at Grand Solmar, Ginnette Boucher. It couldn't have smoother. Ginette was a pleasure to work with. Setting everything up for us so that all we needed at check-in was a copy of our confirmation that she had sent to us. She also provided us with every bit of information that we could have possibly needed about the resort and also things to do and see while we were in Cabo. We couldn't thank her enough for making our stay at Grand Solmar the best ever! My husband and I are already planning our next trip to what is looking to become our new home away from home!

“Enjoyed our stay!” Our family of four stayed here for a little getaway. Conveniently located close to everything and still a pretty good view of the beach. Easy beach access. Condo was clean, no complaints there. Only wish the condo building (villa del sol) took better care of the pool and overall grounds in general.
