“Lovely Little Cottage, Walking Distance to So Much!” This was my second stay at the Cozy Casas, my husband and I stayed in April, and loved it so much we decided to come back. Sadly, my husband wasn't able to come this week because of work issues, so I came by myself. I must say, my week at the beach flew by! I brought my surfboard and surfed every day. I really enjoyed having my morning coffee on the front porch and checking out the waves. Also, this place is so close to so many cute restaurants and shops. I was pleasantly surprised at how uncrowded the beach was for July! It was a real treat! To top it all off, I had the amazing pleasure of surfing with dolphins AND one beautiful night, I got to see a mother sea turtle come ashore to lay her eggs. What a lovely little spot! I loved feeling like I had my own little apartment on the beach.

“Great Place--Great time” Wonderful vacation spot, close enough to supper or bar or beach that we walked a lot. Hedges and fence give privacy even in down town. Owner easy to work with and always responded promptly. Sea grape is small but well arranged and very clean and neatly kept-felt like home. Hope to revisit again in the future... “*****STUNNING****” this house accomadated all of our needs and more and we have a family of 6. it was so nice to be able to come from the beach to and come home TO this beautiful house thats tucked away in a good neighborhood at the end of a culdesac with a huge yard!!! my kids loved catching all the butterflies and lizards lol! it was definately alot more then we bargained for.its even right down thr street from walmart, the beach etc.!!! we absolutely loved it and jenn was amazing. i highly recommend this home to any one. we will definately will be back!!! thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home jenn!!! “The best place to stay when you go to the beach!!!” We have stayed quite a few times now in this particular unit and it has been fabulous everytime. The view is excellent to the pool and the beach. This particular unit is in a very safe and secure neighborhood for children and well as adults. Has a great broadwalk that leads directly down to the beach. Has everything that you possibly need to use inside this unit--you kinda feel like you are at your own home instead of someone elses. It is well stocked with appliances and needs for everyone. Has great entertainment on the inside with the ipod docking station, games for the kids, great cable/dvd player/big screen television and much more...It is located right off the main highway but, no to far from shopping malls, grocery stores, etc...The office personnel has always been very pleasant to deal with in any situation rather it be emergency or not. It is always very children orientated and that is a very comfortable feeling that I really like the most. Oh and don't forget about the internet access that this unit has for it's renters to enjoy while on vacation, whether it be for pleasure or school, or business...Will do our very best to continue to stay in this unit for many years to come...Have enjoyed our stay...Tina

“Great place to stay! Great location & loved all the amenities!” This is a nice, cozy home right on the beach - couldn't have gotten much closer! The location was great too, very close to food, supplies & entertainment! We especially appreciated the condiments in the fridge - who wants to buy a whole bottle of ketchup for a half-week's stay! (and the laundry soap!) Our little one talked endlessly about going out to the beach, but would not go near the water!!

“Love staying at this condo!” My husband and I have stayed here many times. It's very comfortable and is well stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. The beach is just steps away and very peaceful. The location is great! Daytona beach is just a few miles away, Flagler Beach is just north and Orlando is only 90 minutes away.

“Very nice, large, clean.” Very nice large bright place to stay. Very clean and well kept. Elevators were FAST! Only 4 units per floor, so we left the door open ALL the time, to get the sea breeze. Felt very safe. Included paper supplies and soaps. That was a plus from other condos I've stayed at. Building was very well kept, and lots of beach supplies in closet AND beachy stuff in garage by parking space in garage and they provide a garage door opener. Lots of bonus items, like blender, 2 types of coffee makers, spices for cooking, fans, extra bedding, and LOTS of towels. Really nice condo. Only negative is the keys. Keys for building, beach, condo itself. Everyone had to carry keys to go anywhere. Even if out to the gated pool, had to have a key to get back in.
