“Bad odors” My family has been vacationing at Myrtle Beach Resorts for about 15 years now and we have always enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed our vacation this year but the condo that we stayed in, A236, smelled of old cigarette smoke. It had obviously been a smoking room at one time. The smell was very offensive each time we walked into the condo, especially in the living room area. There was also a foul smell outside in the mornings which kept us from using the balcony until mid morning when the smell lifted.

“Making Waves” Very nice home. Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. House was clean. Appliances were older, but all in good working condition. Main beds were comfortable. Grandson loved the bunk beds. Golf cart is always a plus and a “must” at Oceanside Villages for easy travel to the beach, pools and playground.

“Great weekend getaway at a great price!” The condo is kept very clean and the host provides lots of great amenities. It is also one of the more affordable options available in the area. “Myrtle Beach Experience” Very good vacation the location, amenities were good, the only problem was the cable service which was very, very limited. The cable was in one bedroom and the living room, none in the kids bedroom, even though we indicated we were travelling with three kids. Overall this trip was good and we would definitely refer this resort to our friends if they ever decide to travel to Myrtle Beach.

“Outstanding Condo” We were very impressed with the condo from the minute we walked through the door. I feel like it is our home away from home and am looking forward to going back soon. The condo was VERY clean and had everything we needed to cook meals for our family, including a charcoal BBQ grill outside. The beds were extremely comfortable and the furniture looked brand new. We went to the beach during the day and to the pool and Jacuzzi in the evenings. There is a pool/jacuzzi across the street from the condo, which was very nice and then a bigger pool a short drive away. The residents we met at the pool were very nice and welcoming. We made use of the balcony to relax in the morning with a cup of tea and in the evening with a nice cold beverage. The True Blue grounds are nicely landscaped. We had previously stayed at other condos in the Myrtle Beach area, but we will never go back that way. This is way more laid back and not so commercial. Lots of local shopping spots, we liked BiLo supermarket, Bargain Beachwear, Quigley's for dinner (get the nachos) and definitely go to Surf The Earth. We did drive to Myrtle Beach - Broadway at the Beach for an evening of something different to do. I can't wait to come back for another visit. I highly recommend Mickey's condo for your family.
