“Brooks and shorey were so nice and made everything easy” We had a great time staying at Emerald Towers West. Everything we needed was there. Very clean and well stocked. I will be going through Brooks and Shorey again in the future. I've rented from individuals before and some have been very hateful to us in the past. This was a most pleasant experience. “beautiful beach/condo!” Everything was as pictured....beautiful! We enjoyed our stay; the unusual thing was that the smoke alarm woke us @2:15am. We found nothing wrong, apparently it was only our unit. Reported to the front desk the next day and was offered to have batteries changed. Please have checked to avoid additional issue.

“lack of correct telephone number” I had no experience with the management company personally. Everything was great except the number on the e-mail was not a working number and I had to go online and find the number. Everything else was great!

“Look no further!” Terrific condo right on the sandy white beach! We love that you can literally go out the back door, walk a few steps and then you are on the boardwalk & beach. Complimentary beach chairs(2) and an umbrella are available from beach attendants. Spacious and comfortable for our family of four-plenty of space for everyone(and then some). We had seen many condos along Okaloosa Island and this is one of the largest 2 bedroom units available. Master suite is exceptional and second bedroom is very roomy too. Large closets. “Wonderful location, wonderful condo” We (6 adults) spent Labor Day weekend on Okaloosa Island. After doing a lot of research online, I finally found this location. Condo 401 is great! Beautiful views, spacious, very comfortable and clean. Lots of extras! Everything we needed was there. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

“Great place to stay” We have stayed at Pelican Isle every year since it was built and love the location. It is out of the heavy traffic over in Destin but only about 8 minutes to Destin and all of the great places to eat like Harbor Docks. Will be back next year.

“Wonderful vacation” The location of this property is great. The view from the balcony is awesome. The beach service is great especially not having to set up a tent each day - love the umbrella and chair service. The condo was nice but the bedroom furniture could use a little updating-possibly some new mattresses. Overall, our vacation was wonderful and relaxing.

“It was okay” The people who stayed in the condo above us were super loud, even after we called management, they were just ridiculously loud. Didn't like that you have to drive down the street to rent the DVD's that are included with the stay, to offer free DVD rental would mean the DVD kiosk is in your Hotel. The room had barely enough plates and bowls for the amount of people allowed to stay in the room, not enough cups. You literally have to was dishes everyday.
