“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down. “Family vacation 2017” The house was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and all of the major attractions were close. The house had all of the necessities we needed. The living room furniture and carpet was worn, but was fine. The owner was very easy to work with and was quick to respond. I would definately recommend this house and owner for your family vacation!

“Excellent location and great house” We (two families) selected the house from a wide list and we where very pleased with the property, the location, cleanliness, facilities and service. Its ideal for the usual mix or Orlando resorts and days out plus it was also excellent to use the giant BBQ each night for dinner while the kids messed around in the pool. The beds and bedding where very comfy and also very quiet.

“Lovely home..” My family and i enjoyed the heated pool very much. My mother really loved the master bedroom and leather furniture.

“Truly Amazing” Storytellers the most amazing place to stay. I will definitely return. The owner was always prompt on responding to emails and went above and beyond helping us with our stay. My family and I enjoyed the pool, the cinema, and spa during our stay. We had absolutely no problems with our stay at Storytellers. My 5 year old granddaughter loved the Frozen Room and didn't want to come home. The house is so inviting and beautiful. This house is a must if you are planning a trip to Kissimmee area.

“Fabulous Location” From my initial contact with David I found that he responded promptly with any queries that I had and provided me with information on the Reunion Resort and the Kissimmee area. Arriving late on the Saturday evening, welcoming lights had been left on within the villa revealing a superbly decorated and immaculately clean home. The villa was suited to our family needs with 4 ensuite bedrooms. The provision of free wifi was a bonus for the younger family members. During our stay the well equipped kitchen with high quality utensils, including a kettle, was used to cook numerous meals. Our family did make use of items provided for guests such as sat-nav, beach towels and Tommy Bahama beach chairs which proved useful when we visited Clear Water beach. Craig from the Jeeves management team welcomed us on our first day and provided us with information on the Reunion Resort pointing out the community pools etc. The gym appealed to the enthusiastic among us. The Reunion Resort was easy to find with the instructions provided by David, unlike the 192, we experienced no traffic delays from the Disney Parks using the i 4. Publix supermarkets are located nearby. I can now understand why 7720 Link Side Loop, Patriots Landing is named 5* Villa Orlando. It certainly deserves the awards it has received. In my opinion there is a highly professional combination with David the owner and Jeeves the management team offering a high quality service and accommodation to renters. I recommend this villa and the Reunion Resort to any family contemplating a vacation in Orlando. I hope that when I return to Florida that this accommodation will be available on our chosen dates as I doubt if we will be able to find better. David thank you for all your help and playing your part in making our vacation to Florida successful and enjoyable.

“Perfect for everyone's needs and in an excellent location!” From long before we arrived we knew how excellent a villa this was, as the owner and the management team were so incredibly helpful and willing. Including the management team assisting me with purchases to go in the home before I arrived and Susan the owner answering all my crazy questions! In fact I'm going to miss our email chats! On arrival in the home we found everything perfectly clean tidy and in order with an excellent welcome pack to see us through before our big shop. Being a mum of young children I was delighted with the huuuge washing machine and dryer. We need these in the UK. The children loved the pool and the games room and spent lots of happy times there, as did the adults after the kids had gone to bed. We unusually chose not to hire a car and we got around no problem. Disney, particularly animal Kingdom is only a short distance away and universal is only about 25-30 mins. I prebooked a lot of journeys with a company called happy limo who were absolutely outstanding in their punctuality and ease of booking. Anyway back to the house, every bedroom was perfectly appointed with all you could need. The living areas were very spacious even with 7 adults and 2 children. We never once felt on top of each other. The shop and communal pool at Windsor hills is a nice short stroll away and Windsor Hills itself is very clean, well laid out and very secure indeed. I could not recommend this house highly enough and am very pleased I chose this one. I spent weeks and weeks searching villa rentals before settling on this house so I learnt a lot about the different features and prices of villas and I do feel that this one fitted the bill perfectly.

“Perfection In Every Way - An Unequalled Family Stay” Not only did the kids totally adore their themed rooms, the adults couldn't have been more delighted with our Serendipity rental. We were 3 families: 6 adults, 1 child and 2 infants. We celebrated Grandpa Norm's 70th birthday at Serendipity and at Walt Disney World. When we found Serendipity on Tripadvisor Flipkey, we immediately knew this was the perfect place to base our family for our Florida celebration and once we were in touch with the owners, Ken and Sarah, we were confident we had made the right choice. Every detail of our planning was enhanced by prompt replies from Sarah to our inquiries and every detail of the home in pictures and description on Flipkey were accurate to a "t." Each family could enjoy their privacy if they desired in their separate bedrooms with private baths but the living space made for a gathering of the entire family for companionship, conversation and dining effortless. And the outdoor space and pool area added to our family time together, especially after our long days at the Disney parks. We never felt crowded indoors or out. Every room and the outdoor area appeared to be professionally decorated. Sarah and Ken had supplies (cereal, milk, juice, coffee, bread, jam and much more) waiting for us so we didn't have to make a trip to the grocery store our first venture out. The house is located close to the parks, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores and Ken and Sarah's secret directions to the parks were flawless and fast. We had a couple of special requests re parking and items needed for the infants. The special requests were handled right away and the supplies for infants (see Flipkey description) was unbelievable - oh, and the gameroom! A man cave and kids cave dream come true and if anyone had wanted to golf - there were even golf clubs provided among numerous other resort quality extras. Well, I could go on and on but let me say: Don't hesitate to stay at Serendipity. Sarah and Ken will make sure you are comfortable in every way and that your every question about the house and planning your activities while visiting the area are covered. You will call them friends, as I do, even though we only corresponded by email. Again, I will say: Serendipity is perfection!
