“Nr 1 apartment rental in athens!!!” Thanks Nikos, for the wonderful time we spent in your apartment.You are the perfect host. Supplied us with an enormous amount of info to get around athens and the suburbs.The view from the terrace is spectacular. Getting to Syntagma Square was ever so easy.We spent most of our evenings at the local square, just a block or 3 away. Just people watching. The locals were so friendly, we felt like family. Will I stay in the suburbs again?, without blinking an eye... yes, yes, yes.This is the way to see al the historical places in athens and get to know the locals. If I could, I would give Nikos and his apartment a 10 star rating. Efharisto poli to all.

“Wonderful Place to Stay with amazing View” My family of four stayed in this cozy, clean and welcoming 3 bedrooom apartment located on a quite street. It has a beautiful terrace, and the rooms are nicely designed. Nikos put a lot of effort in making our stay enjoyable and we thank him for everything. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be back!

“Absolutely faultless!” Excellent apartment! We realized this the moment we stepped in... as good in every sense as the photos on the internet! Spotlessly clean, and has everything you need to make it your 'home from home'! There is also access to a rooftop patio which offers excellent views over the city. It has tables, chairs and sun loungers, and we spent some lovely time up there enjoying the stunning view. Like others have said: the apartment is quiet, the neighbours are very friendly; it's also close to a little corner supermarket that sells most things you might need. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Nikos in person (as he also was away on a family break), we have communicated extensively with him, both on the phone and via e-mail, and he has always come over very nice and helpful indeed. We highly recommend him as a person to do business with and, of course, are pleased to give this apartment the highest possible number of stars. We could go on and on... We had a superb time; thank you Nikos!

“Nice apartment in great location!” Our family (parents and 3 young adult daughters) stayed at the apartment over Easter weekend. The apartment is very nice. We only ate breakfast in the apartment because, really...who cooks while staying in Athens?!! But the kitchen was well equipped and we found the apartment to be perfect for our needs. The location is very safe and within walking distance of everything..shops, historical sites, the Plaka and the Acropolis. It is also an easy walk from the Metro so no need for a car or taxi. The only downside could be street noise in the busy season but it was relatively quiet for our stay. The management office is in the same building so we were able to leave our bags after checkout the last day since we had an evening flight out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

“This apt is convenient and supports independence.” Although it is an old apartment in an old area, its location to attiki rail station (100 m) makes it easy to get to many locales. Across the road is an excellent bakery for fresh (6 am) bread. Sonia, the owner is very friendly, welcoming and very responsive. We spent a week in the apartment and were able to function freely and easily.

“Great location and amazing hospitality” Great central location 5 minutes walk from many amenities. Acropolis as well as train are within minutes away. “Friendly and convenient” I have stayed in four of these apartments and they never disappoint on cleanliness and convenience. The good wifi is a real bonus. The friendly landlord is available in the office during the day or always on his mobile for any assistance you require which is very reassuring for a solo traveller. I highly recommend this apartment.
