“Wonderful!!” Do not hesitate to rent Villa Maris from Fabjan and Ivana. I would--and will-- go back there in a heartbeat. The two wonderful apartments are freshly decorated, well appointed and super clean. The relaxing garden comes complete with a beautiful little secluded lavender reading bed that makes you feel like you've just landed in heaven. The beach just in front of the house always has several chairs reserved just for Villa Maris renters and is not overcrowded. And Fabjan and Ivana are the most helpful, most kind owners we've ever rented a vacation home from. In a minute's notice, Fabjan patiently helped us organize so many wonderful outings. And although I was a bit hesitant about renting near Split instead of near Dubrovnik,I became enchanted by "the living palace" that is Split.

“Absolutely sensational” We were two couples in our 60's wanting a great self contained villa,with great views, close to amenities, but not in amongst the crowds. Villa dei Fiori, surpassed all of our expectations. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two reception rooms, a great kitchen, a balcony and an outdoor area 'to die for'. Luca and Mary, were gracious hosts, generous with the food and drink, which we did not expect, for your arrival. We liked the property, because it felt like a home. The location and views were perfect for what we wanted.

“Living in a cloud” How can I express the wonderful feeling I had when I arrived to the home. We were received by Maria who has a heart of gold. She delivered and gave beyond what she had. We sat perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the island and Fira dripping from the edge in white. As Maria went through all the best the island had to offer. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a home that made you feel not only on vacation but also embodied the culture and style of Greece. You felt loved and at peace. You can be in that home to relax but in my case, I was surprising my parents with renewal of their vows so I was in close contact with Maria. I honestly did not expect the help she offered, and it was a lot. Making several calls and running around helping us with the details of a wedding. The catering, the flowers, the space. It was a full job for her. She seemed to do it all. Every morning our space was clean and we had fresh towels. If there was a request she was a phone call away. We had hotel amenities. Which is rare for a home rental to have. Over all - A spectacular home, amazing Service, Memorable time. We would go back again and can't wait to see Maria, this time to spend time with-- We highly recommend you go visit the black beach. If you have a concern ask Maria she is a wealth of knowledge. “my experience has been a dream” Usually I don't write a review when I visit a place, but in this case I want to congratulate with the owner of the House because it is wonderful and in a strategic position!!! first of all I receveid a very good service, then the House is very clean and in a perfect venetian style! It's seems like a film! wonderful! the badrooms and the bathroom are very very spacious, comfortable and elegant! The location is perfect because: - you can visit the center of the city and the rest of the Lagoon because by foot you can reach a stop nearby the house! Infact the house is located in Giudecca that is in front of S.Mark place!!! also Giudecca is very nice and typical - if you need something to eat it's possible to do some shopping in a supermarket nearby or reach a restaurant!!! very comfortable! - the house is attached to the hotel "Hilton" where you can booked a spa! I'm sure that when I return to this wonderful city, I'll come again in this perfect house!!!

“great experience, great food” We spent two nights at Yair's. Most of the time - either on the roof, enjoying the view, or nice walks in aniam. Breakfast is the best breakfast ever. Many pastries, variety of cheese, vegetables. All fresh and very tasty. Each day Yair talked with my kids, asked for their favourites, and prepared great meals. First time i have private chef :) Highly recommended. But note - you have to climb the stairs, so not for people who cannot walk.

“Spacious with breathtaking views, an incredible experience” I stayed here while travelling Europe with my wife on our honeymoon. We wanted a true Tuscany experience and finding La Balconata was an absolute gem!! Pictures simply can't do this location justice, it is everything we could have hoped for and more. Reading a book overlooking the mountains is a unique, peaceful experience. The perfect getaway location if you want to avoid staying near tourists and children(!) The house is huge with tall ceilings, very clean and comfortable. It feels like Tuscany inside and out where i think the hosts have taken good care in keeping with a rustic, homely feel. I can imagine it's very cosy during winter. You need a car here. It's a convenient location for visiting nearby towns and villages to really soak in the spirit of Tuscany. Lucca is a fantastic city well worth visiting and if you fancy sunbathing on the beach, i recommend Viareggio. There was simply too much to take in during our short stay but we'd certainly come back. Not only was this a favourite spot on our honeymoon, it was also one of the cheapest

“Dreams do come true in Radda” We spent a month in Europe and Radda was the last leg of our journey and the absolute best part of our trip. Besides the breath taking vistas that abound in all directions, the accommodations are spectacular. A comfortable bed, a gorgeous bathroom and a quaint sitting area with sink and fridge. Evenings we would enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking the orchard. The gardens are filled with rows and rows of lavender. Exquisite! The entire villa is like a setting from a romantic movie about Italy. To be really decadent, we had a massage poolside that Mila arranged for us. It was heaven. It really is a place to find peace and tranquility, away from the noise of life. Mila is a charming hostess and a fountain of knowledge re the neighboring villages and history. She was fascinating to listen to and not the least bit intrusive. If we needed her she was there, otherwise she respected our privacy. My one wish would be, to have the opportunity to return again to this paradise. Thank you Mila for a wonderful experience in Chianti.

“Home from home with an awful lot more ...” For us La Mulinella was idyllic,from the thick stone walls and curved ceilings of the house itself to the unique view out of each window.It's rustic charm combined with every mod-con makes for the most relaxing holiday.The only problem for our family of four, children aged seven and twelve was that everytime we left the house all we wanted to do was get back to it!!(if you call that a problem)Ping pong by the pool,hammocks in the shade, a bread/dough maker and last but defeniteley not least a traditional wood burning pizza oven.It is "A little gem" We thank the family for being so helpful and sharing their wonderful home with us...

“An unforgettable stay in the lap of luxury!” I can't rate our stay at Palace view highly enough. From the very moment I emailed Ingrid to enquire about staying in the apartment I received friendly and prompt replies from her which just made the whole booking progress such a joy! It can be stressful organising holiday accommodation especially if you are doing it for yourself and your 5 others friends but Ingrid was happy to answer the thousands of questions we all had! It was so wonderful to know that we had beach towels and bath towels available to us at no extra charge and also that we would not be required to clean the apartment before leaving. It meant we had more time to relax and also more space in our bags for more important things. Palace view is absolutely stunning, with beautiful, neutral decor and a very homely feel about it. The photos accurately show what the apartment looks like. It was so helpful to have a real local's recommendations of where to eat and drink and which places to visit, which meant that we really made the most of our stay and didn't waste time at dodgy places! I highly recommend staying here and if I'm ever in Split again - I know where I'll be staying! Thanks Ingrid for a brilliant holiday. “Under theTuscan Sun” There are no words to describe the beauty here. When we drove up to the house, we thought there was a mistake. Surely this beautifully restored "Under the Tuscan Sun" farmhouse with majestic views of rolling hillside towns dotted with cypress trees, olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye could see could not possibly be the right place. But it was!! So much more than we could have imagined. Expected to see Diane Lane strolling down the road arm and arm with that crazy blonde at any time. The house inside is just as beautiful. Plenty of room...simply and tastefully decorated with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The pictures really don't do it justice. Ann and Charly are warm and caring hosts...always quick to help our stay more enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation!
