“Dream location, quiet yet close to city centre” Dream location in quiet city street overlooking Roman remains, yet close to shops, restaurants and city centre. Easy parking by cathedral five minutes walk away. House is very well equipped and furnished, with master bedroom and ensuite bathroom overlooking Roman site. Second bedroom has bathroom etc on ground floor below and lacks view. Stylish decoration lends atmosphere of "home" rather than "rental". Helpful owner, who is extremely knowledgeable about area, is clearly in love with the property as you will be too!
“Lovely atmosphere” We had 2 weeks in the Truffle Gite and although the weather outside was not very clement, inside we were very warm and comfortable. Hosts Maggie & Andrew are very accommadating and Honey is a joy to take for a walk. The scenery around the area is breathtaking and we enjoyed many trips out. As we drove down from UK, we had our own transport and strongly recommend having your own car to enable you to enjoy the countryside and visit the many interesting villages and towns around.
