“Spectacular retreat/ rejuvenating!!!” After first discovering this place through family, I have since vacationed her every chance I get with my husband. And now since having a baby we now bring her along as well as the place is right on the beach, the pool is to die for and everything you could ever think of is taken care if for you. The staff, Carla and Marco are a delight if we decided to stay in Carla would make our meals... Marco would keep everything looking just a stunning as when we arrived... The house can be your own retreat or get down and invite your friends and have bob fires on the beach an let loose... Your close enough to walk to Marthas a local restaurant on the beach. If you surf you just have to wake up and walk down the beach to the right... If you need to hit up the locals and get your groove on the little town is just a short trip down the road... With amazing local crafts and restaurants... Boraborracha on a Sunday night is the place to watch some local dancing eat drink and be merry... We've recommended this house to many friends one if which loved it so much he returned and got married there!!! Everyone gets their own villa with their own open air bathroom The "ariba suite" is like living in your own jungle tree house. The "domed" suite has an insane massive open bathroom you can see the ocean from every suite and the hot tub is perfect for that afternoon dip after your surf or horseriding adventure. Can not wait to return with a bunch if friends in March 2011. To celebrate a 40th birthday. If your looking to get a way for a peaceful yoga retreat, surf, wedding or to just mix with some local Mexican culture and do nothing but lounge by the ocean/ pool this is your nirvana. Pool with its jacuzzi for water activity and relaxation too.Cabana at pool side for your drinks and lunch? Little to do but "unwind" and take in the city. Shopping or Dining at several Bay restaurants will delight your day! It's 20 minute drive from airport at #7 almacen street, up from the "ol Therese Marie" hotel. Ixtapa is minutes away if you'd like to try golf or tennis?

“Casa Pura Vita is the perfect choice for a fun trip to Zihuatane” My husband and I stayed at Casa Pura Vita for two weeks. The location was perfect just a very short five minute walk to the beach, Playa Medera. Playa La Ropa and Playa Principal are also just a short walk. A boat ride across the bay will take you to Las Gatos beach. Walking to the market daily for groceries was also a treat for us. We made most of our meals at the casa enjoying all the fresh produce and fish we could. The kitchen at Casa Pura Vita had everything we needed along with a great BBQ by the pool area. Having two pools at the complex was really nice, both clean and well taken care of. The casa itself was clean and very comfortable. Big comfy king size beds and a two large bathrooms. The area is quiet and I always felt safe in the gated complex and out in the neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants in the area, from gourmet to great little beach huts. Needless to say we will be back. It is a great place to stay. Brian and Jan had every thing we needed for our stay in Casa Pura Vita.
