“Relaxing with everything you need and incredible birds eye view” Really enjoyed our time in this penthouse apartment. Words and pictures cannot do it justice. Very relaxing, secluded and secure. The apartment is well appointed and very clean. Maria, the maid was a great help in fixing meals and cleaning up and always very pleasent. We will be back.

“Vacation at a luxury nature paradise in Mexico ( Puerto Escondid” We had spend the most beautiful week we could ever imagine. The villa with their 8 people staff is huge, comfortable and the pool is the biggest and best i have ever seen in a privat villa. Thanks to your staff for a dreamlike holiday and the great meals and also the top service they gave to us at any time. Also amazing are your huge rooms, bath and the oversized beds. “Anniversary celebration in paradise” Casa Blanca was just perfect for our anniversary getaway. We walked down the trail, opened the front door and were immediately awestruck at the beauty around us. The ocean is in full view from every room and so close you can hear the ocean waves. The casa is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We explored the small village of Chimo which was a 40 minute walk/hike, we kayaked and enjoyed the great snorkeling. If you are looking for a quiet and remote place with great beaches, this is the place to go. We will be back next year and plan on staying for at least a week, we were not ready to leave after staying 5 nights.

“First class, gorgeous, spacious, relaxing, amazing view, oceanfr” Two weeks at the end of February, five years in a row, we have enjoyed a great vacation at this condo. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and clean. The service is the best, people are extremely pleasant and always willing to help.The location is a favorite. The beach is beautiful and great to walk on and people watch. The town of Bucerias is walking distance or a short taxi ride and has great restaurants. The gym is very well equipped and the spa services are first class. The Millers are great hosts and always make renting their condo a pleasure. We hope to continue our vacations there for many years to come.

“Peaceful Paradise” My wife and I just returned from a 5 week stay and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The unit is modern, clean, and offers lots of natural light with views of the ocean, the marina, northward coastline, eastward hills, partial pool view, and the northeast part of town that was fantastic to look at during the evening. The wrap-around deck is huge and I spent many hours just sitting there soaking it all in. The layout of the unit is very practical and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is a large Soriana grocery store only 3 blocks away as well as a couple bus stops where you can easily catch a bus to the centro and be at the malecon in about 10 minutes. (You never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus) This was our 7th trip to PV and for our next trip I'll more than likely stay here again. My only concern is that the hot tubs - 3 of them - require an hour notice to heat up, and the pool was a bit chilly on some days (hence the 4 of 5 star service rating). But, the size of the pool is awesome and perfect for swimming laps, which I did daily. Hanging out by the pool and the ocean was very peaceful, everyday. (unlike many of the hotels we've stayed at in PV) Lou was fantastic to deal with and very responsive to all our questions or concerns. I hope to be going back to his place very soon.

“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience.
