“A good choice for our family” This place was as expected, except that the floors needed mopping. This home is advertised as children friendly, but bare feet and small children soon became dirty by crawling on these floors! We began our stay by double mopping both ground and upper floors, as well as the stairs. Other than that, we were happy with our stay, and would choose this place again!

“Paradise found at The Cozy Cottage on Lake Travis!!!” Speaking for our entire family, I want to thank you for an amazing four day vacation/experience. Upon arriving at Living Waters, we were immediately drawn into the peaceful, inspirational environment that encompasses the "compound". "The Cottage" was perfect for the seven of us. After we arrived, we sat out on the back porch to admire our surroundings. Bethany arrived to give us some wonderful advice as to what to see and do in and around Spicewood. Her charm and enthusiasm immediately got us all excited about our next few days of activities. Our next activities were from Bethany and Travis's recommendations: visits to the Stone House and Spicewood Wineries and swimming at Krause Springs. I saved the best recommendation for last: The Friday night Tomato Happy Hour with Kathleen. We met so many wonderful "regulars" as well as the other two couples who were staying at Living Waters. It was a memorable experience. Kathleen is an amazing person. After I read her little book that was upstairs in the cottage, I couldn't wait to talk with her. She bonded instantly with our family and the children were taken in by her warmth and friendliness. Little Haynie hadn't come home by the time we left so Kathleen invited us to come back the next morning, bright and early, so that we could meet him. We set our alarms for 6:30 am and we were not disappointed. My grandson Evan (age 10) said that petting a deer was one of the most wonderful experiences he's ever had. We all decided that we wanted to have a pet deer of our own!!! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience life in that little corner of heaven called Living Waters. “Awe Inspired!” The cabin was wonderful. The Bison feeding was so much fun ,one of the Alpha males had such an assured look in his eyes it was almost regal. The bison burgers were to die first! While in the hotbed which is really nice BTW, we looked up and the sky looked like God himself filled the entire sky thick with glitter that's how many stars there were.When my dog went out here came the grey mini pony and my dog licked it's nose, I think they wanted to elope....LOL The Mtn Goats & Liamas were fun as well. We couldn't remember the last time we were so relaxed. We love Bison Overlook Lodge & we will be back!

“Making Waves” Very nice home. Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. House was clean. Appliances were older, but all in good working condition. Main beds were comfortable. Grandson loved the bunk beds. Golf cart is always a plus and a “must” at Oceanside Villages for easy travel to the beach, pools and playground.

“nice place” The Condo was very nice & very clean, we enjoyed our stay and the owner was very nice and also gave us details on good places to eat and things to see. St Simon Island was beautiful. The only thing was we thought we could fish on the place but was told we could not by another owner.The owner did give us a place on a pier just 1/2 mild from were we stayed to fish and it was beautiful. It would have been a little more convenient if there had be a TV up stairs since we did not care to watch most of the things our husbands watch, but other than these two things it was great.

“Ok” Overall it was fine..checkout was at 11 and at 10 cleaners knocked on door and then preceded to sit in driveway waiting for us to leave. There was no dish soap or soap in bathrooms which would have been nice.

“MAGICAL EXPERIENCE.” Our stay at the Venetian Bay Townhouse was a wonderful experience everyone should experience. It feels like Home away from home. It was secure the amenities were great. “Wonderful time in Playa Dorada” We stayed in Playa Dorada for the month of March 2014 and we really enjoyed it. I have travel a lot and stayed in many different hotel and condos, but this was the best. What you see on the internet, is the absolute truth. Cindy is a very honest and caring owner. I did have a couple minor issues during my stay, but they were quickly handle after I contacted Cindy. The condo is fantastic with very nice and comfortable furnitures and TVs, and the kitchen is ultra modern. We also really appreciated the outdoor BBQ (a very big and nice BBQ). The San Marino complexe is very nice and secure. The swimming pool is big and clean and the beach is only a five minutes walk from the condo, and at the beach you have very nice chairs and umbrellas. The staff at San Marino is excellent, the laundry service is great and not expensive. The condo is only ten minutes to Puerto Plata by taxi where you have the Las Sirenas store which is just like a WalMart (this is where we when for grocery shopping) they also have a Domino's Pizza. I visited the old San Felipe Fort, I went to the top of the mountain in the teleferic and had a really great time visiting many places around Puerto Plata. The only thing missing as far as I am concern, is something like a seven eleven in the plaza in the front of the condo. They have many things, but not your basic like bread, cold meat, butter and eggs. Beside that, they have many things. With all the condos being built around Playa Dorada, maybe someone will invest in a seven eleven or something like that. Beside that, everything was excellent, and God willing, I will go back next year.

“Perfect For a Family. Best Owner Hospitality! Great for Cooking” Newly renovated. We have 3 teenagers who need their own space. Everyone had their own beds and we had the entire penthouse suite to ourselves! Kitchen was beautiful and functional. Everything you need. Since it's a penthouse there is a large balcony facing out (with trees). Every day we ate all our meals, read books and at night played games out there. Weather is nice even in the evening or in the rain. Never used the inside table for eating. Since the bathrooms' sink separate; it's multi-user without waiting. This property was quiet and safe. We travel a lot and felt a lot more safe here than Mexico; travelling with teens... Cindy was the best owner I have ever encountered and we rent often. With Wi-Fi at the center of the complex, free messaging worked great. She provided so much information and help. Since she speaks 2 languages, she would call the front desk and arrange anything. I have a bad medical condition and since our King bed was hurting bad, she had a bed topper shipped immediately at her expense! So now vacationers have 2 choices. Since 1/2 her family is local, she arranged many trustworthy excursions from her U.S. home. She arranged a great driver at reasonable cost in a superbly clean Honda van (we are too big for a car). Believe me, after a few other taxi rides, he's a safer driver and spoke decent English for local info. The beach was pristine and not too busy. We walked a long way on both sides and this is the most protected from winds, less busy and with an open restaurant/ bar right there. Also since many locals own in this resort, not too many venders bother this area! Are the pictures accurate? No. It's actually nicer than it shows. Really! Proximity to everything is nice. Short taxi rides to a Walmart type supermarket and a lot of attractions. Taxis at the gate hose you. Use Cindy or recommendations from other owners in the resort for transport. Cindy also gave us a valuable restaurant list. She is very organized. Great 14 day vacation!

“This was a place of calm in a busy world.” My husband and I enjoyed a week at your casita. We found that it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
