“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Oasis in the city!” The anthony Quinn studio was perfect! Clean comfortable and quiet. Lynn was incredibly helpful when I emailed and she was very understanding about my need for some peace and quiet. (I moved from another location in SMa - that was a cacophony!) The view from the roof top deck was nice and the studio, itself, has a very light airy feel. There is some beautiful tile work in the bathrooms and around the fireplace.

“San Fransisco rental” We found this weekly rental to be clean, centrally located and reasonably priced. We used it mostly for sleeping and storage as we explored this bustling, lively town most of the time. It was very central to the many sites and activities offered in the town. For what we needed it was perfect. The photos are accurate. A bonus was hot water without a long wait for it. We enjoyed the view of the lit church steeple from the small kitchen window in the evening.

“Fabulous place for a large group” We can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was in the Amara Penthouse. Four couples stayed for eight days and the space was great. We never felt crowded or like we were on top of each other. The private terrace was amazing. The views were spectacular and the added space was perfect for coffee in the morning while we planned our day, or using the grill in the evening to cook the fish we bought at the fresh fish market in town. The location is wonderful – located in the center of everything it seemed. We didn’t have far to walk if we wanted to go into Amara and we could walk the beach in both directions. If you look at the pictures and think the penthouse is nice, wait until you actually arrive – the pictures don’t do it justice. We found the owners extremely helpful and easy to work with. They offered suggestions on things to do and answered every question we posed. We highly recommend this rental property and hope to one day be lucky enough to stay there again.

“Most relaxing vacation” I stayed at this property for a month and LOVED IT! The condo has everything and is very comfortable. The unit is bright and having the ceiling fans in the bedroom, you almost don't need AC. I stopped using it at night. The complex has a great large pool and is very quiet. Never had a problem getting a lounger. The complex is well looked after and the people are friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better location. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and coffee shops, bars, shops and restaurants. Yet it's really quiet at night. There is a bit of a hill, but it's easily managed with a dozen steps along the way. Can't wait to go back.

“Paradise!” My husband and I stayed in the blue villa for three nights. It was absolutely amazing! It was the most breathtaking place I have ever stayed at and we miss it! The home is flawless. The most amazing feature is the view. You are looking onto a cliff and all around you are amazing birds and we even saw a whale in the ocean in front of us! Amazing!
