“Another fabulous vacation on Kauai!” Once again we enjoyed Poipu Shores courtesy of Patricia Bien and her incredible condo! We have stayed in 206a in the past and love it too. 303a seems larger with incredible upgrades and views of the ocean. There is no other place to stay in Kauai, particularly with so many turtles just a stone throw away from patio and pool area. Another benefit is location to beaches and other properties like the Grand Hyatt and restaurants--all walkable! We love this place and will return in the future!!!

“Wonderful ajijic” We just got back from 6 amazing weeks and absolutely loved it. Bob and Sharon are excellent hosts, very welcoming and always ready with advice on local attractions and pointing out all the lovely little nearby markets etc. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and you could not beat the location. One block to the lake front and malecon and a couple of blocks to the plaza. There are an abundance of great, reasonably price restaurants, all within walking distance. This was our first trip inland Mexico and we look forward to our next stay in 2014. I should also mention that the weather was great !

“Modern comfort in a wild atmosphere” Stayed 10 days in this Bed and Breakfast formula. Good geographic situation to discover every day a new part of Nicoya Peninsula. Our bedroom was Gazebo as seen on the picture, 180° open towards the nature behind windows made of mosquito net. We liked to completely share the life of the forest and the sunset and sunrise. Outside bathroom fittings are large and modern. We fully appreciated the swimming pool and main living room completely open on nature with exotic design. Family atmosphere. Johanna is a very good guide to inform and advise about all nice and interesting places to discover. We strongly recommend this rental.

“Costa azul Jem!” Val has a nice little condo that is clean and comfortable and in the perfect location for enjoying the surf breaks in Costa azul. The brand new BBQ on the balcony was a nice addition. The aC worked great. The remodeled bathroom was very nice. The pool areas were spotless and refreshing. The bed was comfortable. The appliances were all new and worked perfectly. Val was great and easy to reach we had no issues or hassles getting situated and getting our vacation started. We can't wait to come back!! The area of Costa azul has everything you need for a perfect vacation with great beaches, waves, restaurants and bars without the ridiculousness of what downtown Cabo has become.

“Exactly as owner described and Perfect!” The pictures of the newly updated and fabulously equipped condo don't do it justice! Spotless, very comfortable and quiet in a great location with easy access to Puerto Plata and towns to the east. RoBert was very quick to return my calls and emails and very honest. A honorable man to do business with and a place you'll love.

“WONDERFUL TIME!” Property is beautiful....This is my second stay at the Palmyra and once again we had a wonderful time. This is a condo that is built on the most beautiful beach there is in Montego Bay, between the former Ritz Carlton and Hilton Rosehall hotels. We had views of both beach and mountains. I can still feel the tradewinds. Sharon, the owner is most gracious and the staff there was very attentive and accomodating. Thank you all, So, Sharon Im ready to book my vacation for Feb, 2015. “Stay in friendly comfort and safety.” I have actually stayed at Villa Golondrina several times: twice with my husband and once with a great good friend and traveling companion. In each case we were in the apartment as a base for studying at a nearby Spanish language school to which we could walk. But we also learned the local bus service, and thereby with Jim's recommendations, found many wonderful restaurants all over Cuernavaca. Sometimes we shopped at local markets and prepared our own dinners in the fully stocked apartment kitchen. Taxis are also available with a phone call and are very inexpensive. On each visit we hired a taxi to take us to the nearby market village of Tepoztlan where there is also an ancient pyramid temple to which one can climb to experience fantastic views and the touted positive psychic energies. The apartments are furnished with Mexican style furniture and everything one would want for a home away from home. Jim's houseboy, Pancho, keeps the places spic and span and goes out of his way to accommodate every wish of his guests.

“Phenomenal keys experience!” This bay front condo is the perfect destination for the entire family! The fishing ranks up with the best in the world, there are plenty of other activities, and Key West is just a short trip down the beautiful HWY 1. I've had the pleasure of staying at this condo several times and have honestly never had a bad time (even during a cat 5 Trop Storm). There is too much to do, the condo is comfy, and the weather is always beautiful. Definitely recommend this condo!

“The place to stay in Cabo.” We recently spent two weeks in Cabo with another couple. The unit we rented was everything promised and more. This was our first trip to Cabo and from the time we had, it will certainly not be our last. Marina Sol is the perfectly located facility if this is your first time in Cabo. It only took us one day to familiarize ourselves with the town which gave us more time to enjoy our vacation. All the restaurants are within a short walk of Marina Sol if you feel like going out for meals. If not, the Oasis Bar and Grill which is right on the premises is a wonderful place to eat. The prices are very reasonable from the $3.99 breakfast to the all you can eat Prime Rib dinners on Fridays for $19.95. The staff at Marina Sol make you feel very welcomed. Raul is the front desk person and always welcomes you as you come back in from your daily activities. The servers at the Oasis Bar and Grill make sure you want for nothing as you sit by the large pool area. This was our first time using Vrbo to book accommodations. We feel very fortunate to have been able to deal with Jimmy. His level of professionalism is the best I have ever dealt with. His timely response to your emails makes you feel very secure especially if this is your first time. Everything he promised was provided, no exceptions. Jimmy picked us up at the airport and arrived right on time as we came out to meet him. He also drove us back to the airport even though we has to leave Marina Sol at 7:00 am. Once again he arrived right on time taking away any worries about someone not showing up. The three things that made this a good choice are, cost, location and dealing with Jimmy. See you next year,

“A lovely condo” The condo was nicely appointed and was a great mid location to explore the Florida Keys. The pool was large & refreshing. There were bikes, kayaks & paddle boats to use. We met a few residents who were very friendly. A very nice condo!
