“relax, tranquility, fun” I travell with a group of people to celebrate a birthday, we had some bloody Marys at noon, tequilas and wine at lunch, food was extraordinary. Relax, swimming, breathing fresh air, good company, laughter, just what I needed to go back to work fully charged.

“very private pool home” from the first day communication was there with norma and memo and owners lionel and Darwin-thank you. very private- great view of the bay-close to everything-very prompt on any questions but you never see them unless you wanted to. perfect for just wife and I but large enough for two couples. lots of room for a two bedroom home. very clean and lots of both pool and bath towels. we have stayed in homes in pv for the past several years and this is first review we have written- very impressed!

“Great family vacation home!” My wife and I were looking for a place which would put us close to the many activities we had planned in Sayulita... To satisfy our needs it was important to be roomy enough to include our 2 married sons, their wives and our 2 year old granddaughter. At the same time, we all have hectic schedules so we needed a place to relax and something to do while our granddaughter could get a nap. We did some research and discovered what i would call"A Cut above" in terms of luxury homes for rent... No place is perfect. But, Casa Roca Sayulita was just what we were looking for. It was close to the surf breaks, restaurants, grocery stores and other area attractions. The kitchen was a perfect place to cut expenses by dining in and allowed us enjoy ourselves without extra expenses. It was roomy, decorated very nicely, and had everything we needed. Our entire family was shocked at how nice it was for rental property. Further, it was cheaper than hotel rooms or 2 condos. It was really nice that the top floor had a table ideal for playing games after our granddaughter went to bed. We were able to enjoy ourselves without disturbing her but close enough to be aware if she needed us. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing 2 dolphins playing with big fish. We spent about 20 minutes just watching them chase fish in the bay... Once they caught the fish they played with them by throwing them in the air before eating them.

“Outstanding” This was my second visit to Casa Las Brisas and it was even better than my first. I could keep coming back year after year. The food, magnificent views, spectacular sunsets, and luxurious accommodations all make for a superb vacation! The staff is outstanding. Although we like to golf (El Tamarindo and Isla Navidad) are great courses, it is also nice to just lay back and enjoy the wonderful weather and pools. My husband and I travel a great deal, but we love to come back to Casa Las Brisas!

“tranquil luxury with a view that lasts forever” my wife and I wanted to stay in the Amapas, Conchas Chinas area to compare staying in the romantic zone yet we wanted to stay within a 15 min walking distance to the romantic zone..... We booked a week at casa de la hoja at a peak time of the season dec. 15-21 and just loved it !!!!....it is a villa with a home environment, everything is amazing: the living room with a picture view of the bay, the deck with the view that lasts forever, two master bedrooms suites so comfortable and both with views of Banderas bay that greet you each morning. The kitchen was equipped with everything for dining at home...so we cooked for several nights and most breakfasts all with amazing views! ....we shopped at Mikey's and the local fish market and made the best meals in PV...this was very special for us! each day we also spent time at the private pool....I think you get the picture.... the walk to town and the beach(romantic zone is about 15 min) so wear good shoes and enjoy the walk. We loved the healthy element of our walks. we took quick inexpensive cab rides back at night and/or with groceries.... Norma and Memo are on premise to take care of anything you need. “Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Wonderful ajijic” We just got back from 6 amazing weeks and absolutely loved it. Bob and Sharon are excellent hosts, very welcoming and always ready with advice on local attractions and pointing out all the lovely little nearby markets etc. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and you could not beat the location. One block to the lake front and malecon and a couple of blocks to the plaza. There are an abundance of great, reasonably price restaurants, all within walking distance. This was our first trip inland Mexico and we look forward to our next stay in 2014. I should also mention that the weather was great !

“It was amazing!!! Better than I could've imagined.” When we first arrived the weather was like a serene tropical Summer. No shirt was needed until the return trip home. The photos I had seen of the property did no justice as the actual location was 10x more beautiful. The land was well kept and the staff were exceptional. I couldn't get over how awesome the landscaping was. During our stay we ventured around the town visiting it's shops and delicious bistros, and even took part of a local turtle releasing ceremony at Roberto's. We also ventured deeper into the city for a kayak tour and river hike that was really a sight for sore eyes Horse back riding was one of my favorite activities. Trotting down the coastline on a horse is something I will always remember.
