“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. “Beautiful High End Condo - Competitive Rates” We stayed here for seven nights in Dec/2014. The owner, Denis, and local PVR management were really easy to work with. Denis responds quickly to inquiries and is thoughtful in giving his tips of top restaurants in the area. This condo is gorgeous with high end furnishings and appliances, but with really competitive rates considering how luxurious it is. The building is new and the roof top pool/lounge area was peaceful, if you should decide to skip a day at the beach, which was just a flight of stairs away. This condo has a great location in Zona Romantica with restaurants and shopping just a few minutes walk away. After looking at the pictures shown with this listing, it was an easy decision to stay here, and the pictures don't lie. We had seven nights of beautiful ocean sunsets right from our balcony. We would definately stay here again.

“i am reborn” what an amazing experience this winter was,[dec 1-feb17] with these wonderful hosts. i admit reluctance describing how great it was because then there will never be a vacancy!! everything written in the previous reviews is true. i especially liked their friendliness and sociability while respecting my privacy and need for quiet time. ajijic was a wonderful choice for a first-time snowbird and this location was perfect for me. several local acquaintances expressed their approval with very 'green' eyes.

“Great views from both balconys” We enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool at the complex and the beach club were spectacular. The walk back from the beach club was the hardest as it was a long uphill climd to the condo.

“Most relaxing vacation” I stayed at this property for a month and LOVED IT! The condo has everything and is very comfortable. The unit is bright and having the ceiling fans in the bedroom, you almost don't need AC. I stopped using it at night. The complex has a great large pool and is very quiet. Never had a problem getting a lounger. The complex is well looked after and the people are friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better location. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and coffee shops, bars, shops and restaurants. Yet it's really quiet at night. There is a bit of a hill, but it's easily managed with a dozen steps along the way. Can't wait to go back.

“Great find in Cuenavaca” Found a fantastic & beautiful spot that has the charm of authentic mexico with deco houses and true historic architecture and furnishings. Secure gated community of houses with beautiful landscaping and heated pool. Found the owners to be gracious and helpful in our trip. This place is a jewel in the middle of a dynamic city. Loved it and will be back as soon as I can.

“Gorgeous and affordable Villas!!” Everything about our stay at Las Villas de Bellavista was perfect! It was very simple to make our reservation and make our deposit. The owner provided lots of info about the area even before we arrived. When we got there, we were greeted by a gorgeous oasis and a thriving, beautiful town. The villa was absolutely charming. Clean and spacious. The area was quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The pool was clean and huge. Perfect for lap swimming. The grounds were immaculate and the gardens were exquisite. The owner was very helpful with directions and suggestions of places to visit in the area. The villas are within 2 blocks of a major road where you can easy catch a cab or a bus. There is a large grocery store within walking distance, and the kitchen in the villa was stocked with all the needed tools to make your own food. We will definitely visit these villas again, I could have stayed there forever!!!
