“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “A week in Paradise” We had a wonderful relaxing week. All the tips and suggestions that Barbara Tucker left were the best. We loved the kitchen!!! Altho we had most meals out it was lovely being able to fix our slushy drinks and snacks for just kicking back and relaxing. Definately a place to put on the list to go back to only next time it has to be at least 2 weeks.

“Very nice "home" with all the amenities, including a beach” First of all, coordinating the rental with Charlene and Gary was a pleasant experience. They are very organized and friendly The casa was well decorated and had everything you needed for a beach vacation. My husband loved having a dish washer; makes cleanup much easier. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is literally "right there". You can walk to a few places, but overall, you need to take a cab or have a rental car. Having very nice beach towels was a plus, as they are very heavy to pack. The pool furniture was very nice and comfortable too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

“Wow!!” Casa Marfil is a classic, beautiful, old Mexican townhome with tons of charm. It is on four levels, with the main living level on the third floor and an awesome patio/palapa on the very top level. The views from the living and patio areas are wonderful - I spent most of my time on the 3rd floor balcony where I saw many iguanas and tropical birds (bring your binoculars!). Casa Marfil is on the edge of Gringo Gulch and in a safe neighborhood. Because of Casa Marfil's central location, we didn't rent a car - we walked everywhere - to the beach, the Malecon, many excellent restaurants (Red Cabbage, Fredy's Tucan, etc), and to the water taxis off the new Pier. After a long day at the beach and/or exploring, it was always sooo nice to come home to Casa Marfil! Thanks so much Sherryl!

“Beautiful High End Condo - Competitive Rates” We stayed here for seven nights in Dec/2014. The owner, Denis, and local PVR management were really easy to work with. Denis responds quickly to inquiries and is thoughtful in giving his tips of top restaurants in the area. This condo is gorgeous with high end furnishings and appliances, but with really competitive rates considering how luxurious it is. The building is new and the roof top pool/lounge area was peaceful, if you should decide to skip a day at the beach, which was just a flight of stairs away. This condo has a great location in Zona Romantica with restaurants and shopping just a few minutes walk away. After looking at the pictures shown with this listing, it was an easy decision to stay here, and the pictures don't lie. We had seven nights of beautiful ocean sunsets right from our balcony. We would definately stay here again.
