“Incredible Peacful Vacation Property!” After renting villas in Puerto Vallarta for the past 14 years I decided to stay for 2 weeks & spend the first week at a beachfront condo for the first time! This was absolutely the best choice for my friends and family. It was one of the most serene and relaxing places to stay. The condo was spacious, clean, contemporary with a beautiful view of the ocean. We would open all of the patio doors during the day and enjoy the constant breeze through out the condo. We felt very secure on the property with the concierge downstairs at night and the secured manned gate at the front. This property is situated perfectly between the marina and downtown Puerto Vallarta and it's less than 10 minutes from the airport. I want to thank Minda the owner for making this stay very enjoyable! We'll be back soon.

“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. “Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “So perfect” I love the initial reaction upon entering a new vacation property and having it exceed my expectations. I loved the entire place, air conditioning that cools all the rooms in short order, the total feeling of Mexican charm but with all the amenities minus a dishwasher. Excellent maid service, awesome balcony for people watching and or chatting with the people on the Malecon below you. The upstairs pool area is to die for with 360 degree views, a library, washers and dryers and other very friendly folks. The convenience to tons of food stands, restaurants, bars, the ocean all within 10 or less minutes walking. I never heard an unkind word from anyone about this building or the units in it, everyone loved it that we spoke to. We found our new favorite :)
