“Birthday Trip!” I do believe this might have been the funnest trip I've ever taken in my life. Having every single thing just minutes away from you was such a delight and such a pleasure to not have to drive around constantly in the car. This community is gated and seems like a really fun place to actually buy a vacation home. Actually, while we were there we looked into it and might be doing the same thing that this particular person is offering on TripAdvisor as well! First of all, the house was just absolutely amazing... Bigger than my own home even. It was just me, my son and my husband and our house was absolutely humongous. We actually had thought we would have another family with us but it fell through. Everything was clean and perfect. There were many things like dishwasher, laptop, printer, hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, food! When we arrived, we already had some basic needs that were furnished To Us by the owners. It was such a treat to see that they really cared about us to furnish those things! There was a perfect screened in porch out the back over looking a little bit of a water marsh where we got to watch the birds everyday. The wildlife in our particular yard was extremely delightful. From frogs to lizards two birds two cranes we had an amazing time when we were relaxing at home. To my delight, there were also three swimming pools in the complex. One of the pools were in the middle of the community which was right down the street from our home, then there were two others inside the clubhouse which were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting underneath the shelter when it started to rain. Since I knew it would be very hot and we would be extremely exhausted, I asked for a maid service halfway through our vacation and I'm so happy I did. It was nice to come home after dinner to a 100% clean house with clean towels and everything perfect. I recommend that you get the service as the cleaning lady does an excellent job! The next time we booked our Walt Disney World vacation I will be using this home again without a doubt. Even though we stayed 7 days, we still did not get to see everything that we wanted to. Next time we come down we are doing 10 to 12 days for sure and cannot wait to come back to Vista Del Lago. I was really surprised on how many friends we made while we were there!! If you are looking for a family home that could easily sleep 7 people, please do yourself a favor and book this, you will be so glad that you did!!

“Great base for Florida Holiday” The house and location were great. The heated pool was perfect for our children who would have spent the entire holiday in it if we had let them. The service was great and communication from the owner just right. We would stay here again if we returned to the area.

“Quiet, affordable and as described” We had a nice, warm Melbourne visit. The Condo was as described and was priced appropriately. We received information prior to our visit on how to access the unit. It was very simply set up and allowed us that place to lay our heads at night or sit on the balcony to watch the variety of birds below. We felt very fortunate to have access to a very nice pool and hot tub. It was our "go to" place after our time on the local beaches or after a nice meal at The Cuban Restaurant....or even better DJon's by the River. Wonderful food - tried many unique eateries. Can also recommend Blueberry Muffin Restaurant for breakfast. John F. Kennedy Space Center is close enough for a nice day trip which we did. Excellent place to visit.

“Wonderful Florida Holiday” We enjoyed the month of March in the Lilsis home and it was wonderful. We found the house to be very clean, updated and comfortable - the exceptional weather made our time in the beautiful new pool very enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and walking and biking were a pleasure. The lake view, with it's wide variety of wildlife and the amazing sunsets, was an added bonus. Boris, and his team, were great hosts - very friendly and responsive. We are already looking forward to our 2016 visit.

“Peace and Tranquility” Modestly furnished with everything you could possibly want. Super pool with great view over the lake and accompanying birdsong. Resident alligator and herons complete the picture.About 10 minutes drive to the Mall etc and around 20 mins to the beach/golf etc if that's what you want. A great place for that R&R.

“Outstanding Villa in a beautiful surroundings.” We are a family of 5, stayed at the this Lakeside Luxury Villa for 9 weeks total. The house is so beautiful with all that is needed when staying with kids. Very spacious house and lots of things to do, table tennis, soccer game and Playstation game console where everybody can play. Giant TV with hundreds of satelite tv-channels. The pool area is simply fantastic, big south facing screen and large pool - sitting out there and watch the sunset is so lovely. We have rented lots of houes before in Florid and this is simply the best one we have rented. The house is close to supermarkets, mall, Disney and all kinds of activities and shopping. Do spare the words: This house is beautiful, with outstanding surroundings. Grade: 10 out of 10. Best Wishes for great stays. Stefan

“Superb orlando villa - fantastic family home away from home” This was our first ever booking with HomeAway/VRBO and we were immediately drawn by the description, photos and other reviews on the site for Lakeview House. We decided to go for it (a family of 3 adults, 2 children) and the booking process was seamless - Derek, the owner, was in constant touch and with very useful information ahead of arrival. Although our flight from the UK had a bit of a glitch (meaning we arrived in the dead of night) we found the place without issue. There is always a nagging doubt with 'owner direct' type sites that pictures can be taken to flatter, or camera angles used to conceal. However, this is completely without warrant in this case and I can categorically guarantee that what you see in the pictures is absolutely what you get in real life! Think that wonderful vista over the lake behind Mickey and Minnie framing the fountain is an illusion? Absolutely not, it's that fantastic. Think the pictures of the pool and spa look too good to be true? Well believe it, we enjoyed them to the full. Games room really that capable? Oh yes, my son and I enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey immensely. This villa was perfect, and as travellers a long way from home, it was a joy to stay in. Location was excellent - to the west end of the '192' so great for driving to the parks and in a quiet and tidy residential street. As there is no-one immediately to the right of this villa (there's a small 'inlet' from the lake) there is a 'semi-detached' feel to it which adds to the sense of open-ness and space when out the back. Facilities were superb, kitchen well appointed, TVs everywhere. Missing 'ice hockey' pucks were spotted before we arrived and dealt with proactively - this villa is clearly well managed and Derek gave us a ring mid-stay to check everything was ok. Beds were comfy and air con and fans meant the villa was always a welcome and refreshing haven at the end of tough day in the parks. It was an intense two weeks for us as a family, as we were doing the Disney and Universal 'thing' to the max but the villa was everything we hoped for and more. We whole-heartedly recommend this villa either as a base for doing the Orlando 'Madness' or simply as somewhere to stay 24/7 and soak up the sun quietly. We will certainly return, God-willing, and if you're reading this and tempted to book, go ahead and bon vacances! Thanks you Derek and Julie for sharing your home with us. “Fantastic” We could not speak more highly of this beautiful and well positioned villa. The managing agents are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The pool was always warm and inviting. We had the best holiday, largely due to the fact that out accommodation was worry free and great for the quiet days. Thanks to all involved and will definitely be coming again. “Charming studio in lovely quiet neighborhood with fenced in private outside area.” This studio has everything you'll need. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood, great for walking. There's a small park just down the road a couple of blocks where you can sit and watch the amazing sun sets or just enjoy watching the boats ride by. The owners are very nice and have a few fur babies of their own, so they may allow you to bring your doggie,too! Sue/Dawn......thank you!!!! I hope to return & stay again.

“Wonderful, Relaxing, Well Worth it!” We loved this home it was larger than expected. The pool area was outstanding, we had warm sunshine all day and pool was very warm. We also saw alligators & birds almost everyday! Close to all amenities, we walked neighborhood daily and it was very safe, neighbors would wave hello. Robert was very helpful and truthful about everything he described about his home , we will definitely rent again!!

“Excellent location!” The house was very clean and well maintained. It was a short and easy drive to the Disney parks and Universal. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long day of walking in the heat. It was a perfect size for my husband and I,our two grown sons and their fiancés. A great alternative to staying on Disney property because it was like being in our own home. Laree is fantastic to work with!

“Home away From Home in Framingham” I stayed in this great 2 bed/2bath condo while on business in Boston. It is quiet, conveniently located near shopping, places to eat and the Mass Pike. The building has a great gym and pool with onsite laundry facilities. The condo is clean, comfortable and has a great view of the reservoir to start and end your day. Highly recommend it!

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!
