“Best Holiday!” We were hot & tired when we arrived but soon relaxed as we saw Amaliapolis looming in the distance-What a beautiful location and unspoilt by tourism.The Villa did not disppoint! very convenient and surrounded by olive groves. Away for the village yet within easy walking distance.The apartment was spacious and well maintained. A cleaner came in to change sheets and tidy once, sometimes twice a week. The owner has devised an information book which we found very useful and used it to visit places of interest in the area. The beach at Amaliapolis was beautiful -again never crowded and a smart cocktail bar provided comfortable seating and refreshments. We had a very relaxing time but would recommend a car although it is not essential as there is plenty to do within walking distance. Plenty of choice with local restaurants and the local bakery baked fresh bread ,croissants etc daily. If you are hesitant about the villa and area -please dont be -we had the best holiday ever!!

“Excellent place for holiday - quiet and charming” The house is located on a clif beside the sea. There's a beautifull view from the house into the Calamata Gulf. The house is situated in a huge garden with bugenwilas, pinetree and fig trees, where you can take a rest from the heat and civilization, drink wine and eat greek salad. At the same time you have the possibility to visit bars and restautants which are a few minutes away by car. It's a good location for travelling to lots of historical places like Sparta or Olimpia, as well as beaches, mountains and other interesting places. The house is beautifull and tastefully decorated. The owners Panos and his wife Eleni are very warm, friendly and helpful. We spent one of our best holidays there. We hope to return there again ........... Ma?go?ka and Zbyszek

“A great family holiday” We stayed in Fissi villas for about a week before heading to the West and it was a really good family holiday. It's a perfect base for exploring the centre and east of Crete at least, and in the morning and evening you can really appreciate the setting of the villas with beautiful trees and shrubs with birds singing and areas outside to sit out and look at the sea and mountain view. The two villas are close but not intrusive on each other, with a basketball/netball small area between them (useful for our kids of 10 and 12 but also used by young adults next door). Above all Yannis and Yanna could not have been more welcoming and kind. They really were so friendly and seemed very pleased to have appreciative guests in their family built villas. We missed them when we left!
