“Just perfect!!!” I can't think of any way the condo could have been better. The view is PERFECT. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, Keurig coffee maker, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, beach chairs, toys, even a cooler, DVDs, games... everything was there. The only thing we couldn't find was a vase for flowers! We managed with a large water glass. We didn't use the pool so I can't comment on that. The beach was uncrowded and had fresh sand. The condo was super clean and bright. Even the exterior halls were hosed down each morning. Thank you so much Kay for a great vacation!

“Lovely vacation on the Gulf Coast” Jill and Peter were very friendly, accommodating hosts. “We had a great vacation at this condo.” My family has been visiting indian rocks beach for nearly two decades, and we continue coming back to this resort and specifically, Martin's condo. It is always kept updated and we had a nice relaxing stay. It has WiFi for the kids and has a picture perfect view of the beach, ocean, sunsets and pool deck. You won't be disappointed.

“Would love to return several times a year....near perfect!” The condo was beautiful, well appointed and maintained. Located on a nearly perfect beach. It appears we were the first tenants after hurricane Irma. My only complaint was the AC didn't work for the 1st half. The property manager seemed to be doing all she could to remedy the situation My only recommendation is that maintenance should probably have checked it out along with everything else after the storm. I would still highly recommend this to anyone wanting to experience a beach vacation in a great location and in a wonderful condo. The owner is great to work with also.

“Spacious and beautiful” My girlfriends and I just finished our stay for the third year in a row. This is an outstanding condo. With four or five of us, there is plenty of room. The private spiral staircase to the beach is great! No waiting for the elevator with everyone else. We love sitting on the porch early in the morning and again at sunset. Spectacular views! Also you can visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary which is about 1/2 block to the south. Would highly recommend this condo. We hope to be back again next year.

“Wonderful stay in Indian Rocks Beach” My wife and I celebrated our 31st anniversary and stayed in Sharif and Sabine's condo 202 Reef Club 1000 Gulf BLVD. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was incredible. They asked us to do a quick run through of the unit and if there was anything dirty or needed repair to call immediately. We called on a toilet issue and over the phone we repaired it within minutes. They also had beach chairs umbrella and toys to play with so we did not need to bring anything with us. We are looking forward to our next stay. I have business in Tampa and usually stay at a hotel. if this unit is open, it was less expensive and had tons more room.

“We felt at home the minute we opened the door.” We stayed in #105 4 weeks and appreciated every minutes you shared your condo with us. I loved the kitchen updates and the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The large deck was wonderful to watch sunsets. We spent a lot of time walking on the beach and this beach is great for shelling and walking. We had trouble with the internet service and T.V. the first day. A wonderful, friendly and capable woman showed up very quickly and fixed the problem. She is a real asset to the business. The weather wasn't great for a couple days but your condo made up for the weather. We would like to come back next year to the same unit if possible. Not sure if the noise from the pool would be a problem if the weather was warmer. The noise does carry into the bedroom. We play cards and games on cool days so next time we will bring a card table so we can see the ocean while we play. A small table in the corner by sliding glass door might be a nice addition for games and eating lunch. Your condo was more than we expected. Thank you for sharing.

“Had a great stay” We really enjoyed our stay at 707 Sandcastle One. The Sandcastle One facility is great, with a beautiful view and convenient location with miles of shell filled beaches in both directions. The pool/hot tub is warm and clean, and the beach is groomed every couple days and also kept very clean. There is a nice area with gas grills near the parking lot. We utilized the in unit washer and dryer 707 is updated nicely with dark laminate flooring and black leather living area. The 7th story view is breathtaking, and you hear the sounds of crashing waves all day and night. We would stay again! A couple of suggestions: Keep your patio doors closed when you are not sitting right by them. Little birds fly in and make a mess all over the condo if you are not paying attention. Afternoons seem to be the better time to be on the beach/pool due to how tall the building is. Plan the away things to do for the morning. Bring flashlights. Our kids had a great time on the beach at night. We could sit on the balcony and watch them play. Was the dishes you plan to use when you get there. Not everyone is as sanitary as we were.

“excellent in all respects” The unit has a great location - directly on the beach with an unobstructed, panoramic Gulf/sunset view, quiet, easy access to nearby towns, and convenient to many good restaurants. It was well-equipped, nicely furnished and immaculate. Entry and departure arrangements were very smooth. Only drawbacks were lower floor (very quiet nonetheless)and lack of a spa (I have a bad back) but the unit itself was perfect and we highly recommend it.

“Fantastic location!” I could not ask for a better location for a quiet family vacation. Unlike Clearwater, this was a relaxed, uncrowded beach. Great shells to fin and sunsets to see. Unit is right on the water, facing the ocean. It has a huge window to gaze at the water through. The interior is not exactly updated, but if you are here for the beach then that should not matter. Nice unit layout with lots of seating for watching TV and dining. Laundry is right outside your door. Unit has lots of books if you forgot yours and even some coloring books for the kiddos. We were surprised to see tons of beach toys and some beach chairs as well. If you are looking to walk to night life, this is not the place for you, but if you are looking to step out of the condo onto the pristine beach, this is definitely the unit for you! When they say the keybox is by the elevator/fence, they mean attached to the fence, laying on the ground like a realtor keybox. We couldn't find them at first because we were expecting a large box on the wall or something. Very nice stay!!!
