“Vacation 2017” The house is really beautiful, clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and really felt at home. The owner Philip was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Al for setting up the internet for us. Hoping to come back again next year.

“Great property for the whole family.” It was a great property for the family and a very good location. But because of the cold weather during our stay we could only use the pool and spa one day, and in this time of the year the sun is only in one corner of the pool area.

“Perfect Florida Holiday” A thoroughly enjoyable 4 week stay in a property that was equipped with everything you could possibly want to make it a home from home. As described this was an extremely well presented home in a very good location that made it easy to access all the major attractions, golf courses and shopping centres. We made regular use of the golf clubs and as the house backs onto the nearby conservation area of Shingle Creek we explored it many times on the bicycles provided with the home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which benefited from a covered lanai and privacy fencing and the free pool heat was much appreciated. Overall the property was first class and excellent value for money and we will certainly be returning.

“Lovely Get-away” We were very pleased with this house. The split floor plan was a nice plus and my husband and I loved the master suite with our own bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. We liked the smaller table in the kitchen which is where we played cards and games. It was also nice to have a large dining table so our whole group could eat together. The setting is beautiful, having the lake view out the back. This was a wonderful home base for our family while in Florida for our son’s wedding!

“Cheerleading Comp” We had a great time and the house was more then we could ask for. There was so much room the beds were all very comfortable . The house was clean it ready for our stay on time. The pool was clean large area to sit and relax. The rooms were large and had lots of room for your things. The area is very quiet and close to everything. I will for sure rent this home again in the future and would recommend to friends and family.

“Perfect localtion and great house with a perfect pool.” I'm a rookie at time sharing, but the owner helped me all the way. We saved money by staying here instead of inside Disney. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes for all of the Parks.

“Awesome home ❤️ A must stay!” Let me start by saying thank you for allowing me and my family to stay in your beautiful home. Radha was fantastic to deal with. Very professional, responded fast and was very detailed on instructions and cleared about what she expected. I respect her for that. I highly recommend this home!!! It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable, peaceful, beautiful did you hear me a BEAUTIFUL view of the lake! Such a beautiful and peaceful place. The pool was so much fun. My kids enjoyed it and so did we. The temperature of the pool was awesome. The structure of the home was perfect. And the beds were heaven. Everything was perfect. If you want to experience a wonderful place, this is the place to come to. I’m already planning on booking this home again.

“Birthday Trip!” I do believe this might have been the funnest trip I've ever taken in my life. Having every single thing just minutes away from you was such a delight and such a pleasure to not have to drive around constantly in the car. This community is gated and seems like a really fun place to actually buy a vacation home. Actually, while we were there we looked into it and might be doing the same thing that this particular person is offering on TripAdvisor as well! First of all, the house was just absolutely amazing... Bigger than my own home even. It was just me, my son and my husband and our house was absolutely humongous. We actually had thought we would have another family with us but it fell through. Everything was clean and perfect. There were many things like dishwasher, laptop, printer, hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, food! When we arrived, we already had some basic needs that were furnished To Us by the owners. It was such a treat to see that they really cared about us to furnish those things! There was a perfect screened in porch out the back over looking a little bit of a water marsh where we got to watch the birds everyday. The wildlife in our particular yard was extremely delightful. From frogs to lizards two birds two cranes we had an amazing time when we were relaxing at home. To my delight, there were also three swimming pools in the complex. One of the pools were in the middle of the community which was right down the street from our home, then there were two others inside the clubhouse which were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting underneath the shelter when it started to rain. Since I knew it would be very hot and we would be extremely exhausted, I asked for a maid service halfway through our vacation and I'm so happy I did. It was nice to come home after dinner to a 100% clean house with clean towels and everything perfect. I recommend that you get the service as the cleaning lady does an excellent job! The next time we booked our Walt Disney World vacation I will be using this home again without a doubt. Even though we stayed 7 days, we still did not get to see everything that we wanted to. Next time we come down we are doing 10 to 12 days for sure and cannot wait to come back to Vista Del Lago. I was really surprised on how many friends we made while we were there!! If you are looking for a family home that could easily sleep 7 people, please do yourself a favor and book this, you will be so glad that you did!!

“EXCELLENT Property, location and Owner!!” We can highly recommend this Vacation rental property, the location is perfect, very close to the Disney parks, restaurants with varied cuisines, major freeways, etc. The home and pool were EVERYTHING we'd hoped for, it was a very well maintained property, it lacked nothing as everything we required was provided including FREE WiFi! The communication with the owner, Joan, was FIRST CLASS! From the booking thru the rental period and followup afterwards was a very pleasurable experience, we are VERY PLEASED!! We looked at quiet a few PET FRIENDLY properties (we have 3 small dogs) before deciding on this property, mainly due to amenities, location, etc and are pleased to further recommend this property and owner for your vacation property needs! Additionally, we plan on booking this property again if available during out next vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, why look anywhere else?? “HOME away from HOME” This property has everything you need for your stay just take your clothes. Property is spacious and well kept. I highly recommend it.

“Cozy and great location” Stayed for wife's birthday and it was great. Cozy home with all the extras. Big screen TV to watch the games, gameroom to keep the kids entertained, pool was nice size.10 to 15 mins away from the mouse named Mickey. I Will come again. Recommend 100%. Owner communication is superb...

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.
