“Paradise in The Sands” In the beginning we would like to apologize to Peter for being so long going to write a review. Peter, sorry! We were in an apartment with 8.03-22.03. There are no words to describe our stay. I liked everything: the location of the home and the convenience and beauty around. Warm sea, to which it was a 5 min walk, plenty of fruit and seafood, security, peace-all this made our stay unforgettable. On the balcony there was a fan, it was very comfortable to sit under it. We went to the fish market, where prices are low to buy fresh seafood, and the restaurant opposite the market is all we eat cooked. A luxury apartment in a fabulous location! All of our problems and requests addressed by Peter very quickly, thanks to Hank arrives immediately. Thanks to Peter very much! We really want to go back!

“A wonderful week of relaxation.” From the time of being picked up at the airport to the time of leaving we had a super time at Cliffside Lagoon. Tom and Som did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed every aspect of our holiday. We were two families (4 adults, 4 children between ages of 10 and 6) and the villa suited all of our needs. Really comfortable, all amenities available and extremely well looked after. Transport is provided to the beaches/towns daily - long beach was our favourite - hardly anyone else on the beach and we took the small bar-b-q from the villa which was wonderful. Easy to organise boat trips to the islands from ao Nang. Or just enjoy the wonderful garden and pool at Cliffside - as well as the zip line! Thoroughly recommend this villa to families or anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Krabi, without the noise!

“Excellent apartment for a small family” We stayed there in Nov 2013 for 5 nights and we have thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is clean, modern, close to a train station and close to an open-market where we got our daily dose of fresh fruits. The owner not only provided us for a high chair and a cot for our toddler, but also 2 mobile phones with sim cards. That was really handy. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and everything was clear. We would definitely stay there again for our next visit.

“Excellent holiday destination at Panglao Villa” The villa was perfect for our family holiday. There was space for the children to lounge around, great DVD collection and decent a/C in the bedrooms. Walled garden meant that we knew where they were at all times. Its all beatifully maintained. The villa is about 5K away from alona beach (best diving shops) but I never had a problem getting a 30 peso backie on a motorbike or a 50 peso ride in a tricycle at any time of the day or night. Panglao village seems to be a very quiet spot and we were bemused as to why the villa needed a 24hr guard, however, the guards wife is available for 200 pesos a day to wash your clothes, shop, cook meals if you like and tidy up for you. She is worth it. There is some OK sandy beach nearby Panglao Villa but my family tended to travel to the Bohol beach club each day for their raked sand beach, palm trees and choice of pools, 250 peso day membership. We were very well looked after from collection right the way through to dro p off at the Tagbillaran airport. Downsides Double bed was a bit soft for my liking, no guest file of suggestions for family outings, only 1 bistro restaurant in walking distance from the villa. All in all this is a place that we could recommend to our friends.

“Everything is covered” If you are travelling with a family or simply want a relatively homely space to spend time in KL, this is the place for you. Jake and Dominique provide better service than most 5 star hotels I've stayed at. It was our first visit to KL and they provided so much help and guidance that we simply could not have got from a hotel. This includes multiple e mails in the build up of getting there, as well as whilst we were there. The apartment is well equipped and the boys have thought of everything else you need, internet, mobile phone, travel cards... The apartment itself is spacious enough with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only minor blemish is the shower head in the 2nd bathroom needs looking at (hard to adjust) - but that's it. The pool is huge and access to the minimart downstairs and an array of restaurants and shops within a couple of hundred metres is great. Transport is simple, taxis are easy to catch on the main road 60m from the apartment entry (using the meter which makes it even cheaper). If trains is what you want - well that's at your door step too. Next time I'm in KL with the family, I'm not going to bother looking to stay anywhere else. Thank you Jake and Dominique
