“We found paradise.” The villa, just like Koh Samui itself, is loaded with "Wow Factor". From the moment that we stepped through the door, we knew we had made the right decision in choosing this location. The villa is built into the mountain so that every room has a perfect and beautiful view. We eat, partied and spent most of our time by the pool. Andrew, our main point of contact while we were there, organised everything for us including chef, provisions, transport and plenty of insights on where to go and what to do. All that we had to do was relax, soak-in the sun and sights and enjoy our stay in paradise.

“Everything was great” everything was well described, the place was so beautiful, the sea view was most wonderful, it looks really like the pictures from. Eye (the Maid) and Dominic were available at all times. We were pampered with Thai food every day. The food was great. Special thanks to Eye The ideal place to relax. “Lovely holiday home” We are a large family for a 50th b'day party reunion, meeting from UK and Thailand. We booked this villa after all the rave reviews and it didn't disappoint. It was lovely for all the family to stay under one roof. The villa is magnificent: internally spacious, the pool crystal clear and the view too spectacular. The property was very well laid out with a bath / shower room in every bedroom, which gave you the freedom of your own little space when required to relax. The kids loved the DVD collection in the TV room, with the surround sound. The blender did breakdown on the third day but our property manager Ian had replaced it by the end of the day. There were also a couple light bulbs out but we only informed him at the end of the stay as we didn't want to trouble him too much. We took advantage of the special offer on the Honda car (only one available however regarding the special offer). The other vehicle we hired was a Fortuna which was more expensive but seated 7. Both cars were new and splendid and provided us with the flexibility to explore Koh Samui and do general shopping etc. We strongly recommend the small beachside Thai restaurants (cheap and friendly with amazing food) about 1 mile left on the main road (opposite the 7/11 supermarket). The beach here too is great in the day for the kids... The private chartered day trip to the marine park (prospected islands) was a day never to forget - Amazing. Chaweng was very lively and a little hectic for us. Bo Phut and Maenam were more relaxed with plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from.

“A perfect place for a perfect holiday” We had a "Mums n Daughters" holiday here - myself, my Mum, my aunty and her daughter. To sum up our stay in one word: bliss. The accommodations are perfect, beds were comfy, rooms were clean and when we had food prepared for us it was outstanding. And I don't think you can beat the view, just amazing. The whole booking process was very smooth, Caran was very helpful and always prompt with responding. I think our stay was made even better with the excellent managers of the villa. Andrew and Pon - we can't thank you enough, you really made our stay. Very friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Book in and I guarantee you'll have an amazing stay. And make sure you arrange for Pon to prepare you a meal - best thai food ever!

“The loveliest piece of paradise on the island” We stayed in this enchanted castle( only way to describe this fantastic place) in the summer for a week. The place itself was amazing set amongst fruit trees and jungle and overlooking the marine park. Our two kids thought they had died and gone to heaven with the affinity pool and spent almost every minute they possibly could jumping in and out. The house was so beautifully decorated and stylish with absolutely everything you need and more. Every morning we sat outside on the patio for breakfast and watched the brightly coloured birds and butterflies, it was great to be on top of the hill because we always got a fresh breeze up there too. Plus the added bonus of iews across the marine park. The bedrooms were again beautifully decorated and with our own bathrooms. We just fell in love with the place. One day we decided to walk up the hill to the house for a good walk and even saw a tiny monkey. I can't say enough great things about the house and the family that own it. We stayed when Eva and her family were there and we had a great time with her and the kids. They really went out of their way to ensure we had a great time and all the kids had loads of fun together in the pool. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better beginning to our holiday. There is so much to explore around the island that you can never get bored, the nature is fantastic and for children it's an adventure paradise. The kids are still telling everyone at school about the great holiday they had and their new friends at the Enchanted Hills, they obviously focus on swimming pool games and film nights and the local markets where we discovered the most fantastic places o eat on the beach. We can never thank Eva and the kids enough for the hospitality they gave us, we always remember with big smiles on our faces the Enchanted Hills. If you ever get chance to visit Thailand make this house your first port of call.

“Location, comfort and good people...” Three of my friends and I stayed at the Haadrin Seaview Villa during the first week of Feb. In the process of selecting this particular Villa I reviewed a number of other options but kept on coming back to this as one of the best from a location vs value for money proposition. Andy and Yuko were very responsive both via email and text messages initially thus the booking of the accommodation was a breeze. One has a tendency to make certain assumptions via photos prior to actually seeing a property and in this case the Villa exceeded my expectations. It has three equally sized bedrooms in the upper lounge area that is open plan with the kitchen. This in turn opens up onto a large deck that faces South so gets the sun all day. There is plenty of seating and a hammock so 90% of the time at the Villa was spent in this space. The upstairs bathroom was also in excellent condition (hot water). Downstairs there is a Jacuzzi that comfortably sits two (three at a push). We mainly used this as a plunge pool to cool down - great feature to have. There is also a secondary bathroom downstairs that comes equipped with a washing machine. So bottom line is the Villa itself is fantastic. The other major attraction are the owners. Both andy and Yuko are very friendly and are available at all times to help out if needed. Location is also critical. The house is 5 min by scooter to Haad Rin (fortunately far enough away from the crowds) and 2 min to a 7/11 that has an aTM. There is also a scooter hire place directly across the road. Of course nothing is perfect so it is important to note that the house is high up on the hill over looking Samui. The walk from the main Haad Rin road to the house is up a number of steps. Once you have a scooter you can get 2/3rds of the way up the hill but there is still about a 30 second walk up hill so if you have any mobility issues this place may not be for you. Overall a great week was had. Fully recommend. You won't be disappointed.

“Best place on Earth” This is a copy of a letter we wrote to the Staff of the Lotus Terraces after our return visit in april. This place is perfect with everything anyone could want away from the crowds of Chaweng Beach, I think my letter to them says it all Well where can I begin to thank this place and their staff. To Ton thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for all that you did to organise the most perfect end to our holiday, it was such a pity you could not catch up with us this time, you are more than welcome in our home in australia anytime you wish to visit. Jan and Sue you go over and beyond what any staff of any other establishment have ever done for us to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed sitting and having a friendly conversation with you Jane and hope to do it again in the future. Lastly but never least to Rose, you are a true asset to the Lotus Terraces and our visits would not be the same without you. Your dedication to your work the care you take of us and your endless commitment to make sure we relax and enjoy ourselves no matter what time of the day or night is appreciated more than you realise. As Jenny told Ton we would love to take you home with us. I could write the most excellent review all night but I will finish with what I stated to you all when I was there " this is my favourite place on earth" and I will definitely be back again.
