“Very welcoming and worth it !” Me and my family absolutely loved this vacation house everything was so welcoming and near perfect ! “Best Vacation EVER!!!” I booked this Villa through flip key. I was very impressed by the owners fast response to ALL and ANY questions prior to our much needed vacation. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed at the villa by our host Mike. Mike gave us a tour of this beautiful and Big home. He even had Fresh Strawberries, chocolate, water and champagne over ice. And had the fridge stocked with breakfast! As for the villa itself, from the kind, courteous, and friendly Host Mike, to the meticulous, comfortable rooms with very well equipped kitchen, cosy common areas - Our experience was nothing less than exceptional. Bonus-The supermarket, restaurants, and shopping is less than 5miles down the road (just a few minutes). We had 5 families (total of 25 people) staying at this villa and Never felt like we were on top of each other. Thank you again to the owners and Our Awesome Host Mike for going above and beyond to make their guests feel Extra special!!! We definitely recommend this place

“My Family and myself really enjoyed our stay!” The house was very nice, I was impress with the house it was not brand new. My family and me really enjoyed our stay. The pool was a hit for the children. The upstairs game room was a hit for the men's. The ladies enjoy the kitchen. Our phones did not work in the house, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay, and will invite other members of the family to check it out. “Nice house for large family” The house itself is very attractive. The bedrooms were very well appointed. There were sufficient towels and plates, silverware, glassware, etc., for our party. Our major problem was the parking. It is a very over-crowded community and we had five cars (to be expected in a six master-bedroom house that fits 18+), and we often had trouble parking near the house. My only other complaint (if you could call it that) was the trash. We had one large trash can and it got picked up on Monday morning. We were there for six full days with 13 people, so we easily refilled it up and then had multiple loose bags with nowhere to put them through the end of our stay. No recyclable can was available, either, so recyclables had to go in trash bags. Owner was easy to work with. Thanks for a very nice home!

“A house that I could see living in permanently.” I can't think of anything negative to say, OK if I lived there I'd put a couple palm trees and a bar by the pool... I really liked the look of the tile floor in the living room and I really appreciated the fact that there is a DVR connected to the main TV. It is an awesome house.

“Great home, owner, and neighborhood!” My family of five and three grandparents shared the villa for a week at the end of January and had a great experience. This is a spotless home and is in like new condition. The pictures represented it very well and we were pleasantly surprised when we actually arrived. This was the first time I rented a house online and I could not have been happier with the process and the owner. There were no surprises or hidden costs and they were very responsive with any requests or questions. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the free grill was nice. The location seems very safe, it's fairly private with no one in the back yard, and there is a shopping center five minutes away. We really liked the big kitchen and dining area. All in all, we had a great stay.
