“just a perfect place for a family vacation” This place was perfect! we had 3 children under the age of 6 and 8 adults, and we never thought we were on top of each other. The house, pool deck, BBQ, and appliances were all in good working order. Any questions we were only a call away and they answered the phone every time. Having the pool for the little ones was perfect, Just a reminder that if the little ones get up before the adults there is a large wooden stick to put in the sliding door track, so even if they can unlock the door they cannot get out, a good addition for safety. The overhang on the deck was large so anyone could get out of the sun if desired and still be close to the kids in the pool for anything that would come up. Also perfect place to have lunch as there is a large table there also. If you are planning to cook for this large of a group it might be a good idea to bring a few extra pans or baking pans so it can be all done at once. But not saying there was nothing there to use but just not like at home as there is not a lot of extras but adequately supplied. if there were any complaints that we had there was some sand in the hot tub but we learned there were a lot of mid 20 year old people there the week before our arrival. So we understood. We did not call them on this but I am sure if we did they would have been there in a heart beat to remedy it. Also they are currently building two homes next door that are in the framing stage, so a little extra noise. But they were very mindful, and did not really start till around 9:30 am and quit by 4. Also they were only working 3 of the 7 days we stayed. But were very nice people and we very mindful to tell us when there might be a loud noise they were going to make in a few minutes as not to scare the kids. I just mentioned this for information, and I would rent here again even if the building next door was still in progress. Go ahead and rent and i hope you have even close to as great of time as we did!

“Quiet condo community with great amenities” Perfect retreat. Quiet community. Minutes walk to beach and great pool close by. Clean with great WiFi! Loved the built in cozy bunk beds. Only minor negative is the tub drained a little slow. Would definitely book again.

“Family Vacation” Emerald Seascape was the perfect place for our first All family vacation. We had 4 generations there from age 79-11mo. This townhouse was perfect for what we needed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and tv!!! What more could you need. Lol. The kitchen was fully stocked. There were pack and plays and high chairs for the baby, toys for the beach and all the bells and whistles. Definitely a thumbs up from our family

“Best stay anywhere in 15 years” We took the whole family to this nice 3 bedroom condo and thoroughly enjoyed the stay with the beach right down the elevator and out the back door. Minutes from many enjoyable hotspots. Pool was not very large but was big enough for my granddaughter and her friend as they had it by themselves quite often. My one piece of advice, when going out to eat, go early! Pia and Christian keep the place in immaculate condition.

“Everything was wonderful!” The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It has a very spacious master bedroom and master bathroom. Walk out onto the large balcony from sliding doors in either the master bedroom or living room areas. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. The second bedroom was on the front side of the unit and had a queen bed and a second bathroom close by and it worked perfect for our kids. Very nice beach theme decorations throughout. I texted with the owner and he was very responsive and friendly. The location on the 10th floor was perfect for great views of the ocean day and night. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay in this unit again.

“Amazing stay” Place was clean , looks much better than the photos and had tons of items u would need to buy at the store for other rentals already in the condo for you. Master bed very comfortable. Back patio nice to sit out in. Within walking distance to beach. Pools and parks across from condo. Owner is helpful and answers quickly . Has wifi and cable tv. Close to great food places and fun. “Fantastic stay!” We had a wonderful time at this condo! Plenty of room, very clean, and so close to the beach. My kids loved the pools and everyone met was so friendly. It’s on a great, calm part of the beach but still close enough to all the restaurants and shopping. The owner is also very easy to contact and checked in with us to make sure everything went ok. We saved this place to visit again in the future!

“WOW! Spectacular Condo with a WOW View!” This condo has everything we wanted, the balcony provided an awesome view and the most beautiful rainbows that I felt like I could reach out and touch! The location is convenient to many restaurants, Pier Park, shops. We so enjoyed the beach, pool, gym and restaurant at Tidewater. If you are looking for a spacious condo this one is for you! “It was enjoyable” We stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days. We really enjoyed being right next to the pool. Although the ad is misleading on the "private dock". It is one huge dock for everyone and it is first come first serve. Also wish there was some time of instructions in the room such as "blankets are located...extra pillows...towels..ect." also there were no check out instructions such as to where to leave dirty towels, make the bed, dishes, or to where to leave the keys. None of this was an inconvenience for us but would have been nice to know. We would Definitely stay here again!
