“A great and fun place to stay” The house is spectacular. Very very well stocked and the manager Al made sure we had everything we needed and even came out a couple of times to quickly address any concerns we had. Very very close access to the beach and dock. Garage well stocked with water toys, chairs, fishing rods, etc. Everything you need. Abundant toiletries, towels, games and entertainment made for a very comfortable stay. Gift basket was a nice touch. Super easy checkout! We will definitely look to rent from again if we ever come back to the area, which we hope to do someday. Thanks!

“Vacation rental” The overall experience was nice. The hot was only hot for one day and wouldn't get hot again there after. The cookware needs to be updated but overall we had a great time. I wouldn't definitely rent this rental again.

“What a great getaway location to relax and view the secluded private beach and gorgeous ocean view!!!” We stayed in the Lobster Shack which is a cozy clean bungalow which offered a salt water pool with an awesome view of the Gulf waters. Liz is great making sure our needs were met while addressing unexpected refrigerator problems. She is quick to reply contacting a repairman to resolve the issue. Canines are welcome. I miss the relaxation and calmness of the setting yet on Gulf Blvd there are activities to meet everyone's interests. Thank you Liz and love your puppies.❤

“Perfect for a large family” This is house is fabulous, we had a group of 18 from ages 3-70 and everyone had an amazing time. The house if fully stocked with outside "everything" (pop-up, chairs, beach toys, water toys, masks, snorkles, water shoes....) you need for the beach, and then you go to the river side, and there are paddle boards and kayaks, and little beach with a fire pit, that made the 4th of July extra special. We saw a number of firework shows and made smores, hit will everyone in the group. This was the first time all 4 family's stayed in the same house, and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, or get away from eachother if needed. The kitchen is also ready with plenty of pots, pans, spices, paper plates, plastic silverware, etc. We cooked all but one meal (kids wanted pizza delivered) for the large group with ease for the 5 days we were there. The washers and dryers also helped to make the trip perfect. Everyone was able to back light since we could wash and re-wear items, so no large suitcases needed for the trip.

“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. “Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Comfortable, quiet and convenient.” This home worked well for our family of four plus one (two young adult sons and one partner). The bedrooms are all quite comfortable and private, and the common areas are cozy and comfortable as well. The outdoor area is lovely, though it was too cold for us to enjoy it. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The house was very clean and everything is in good working order. The location is good for hiking in Indian Canyons, and close to the main commercial area and lots of good restaurants. Having access to a pass for Joshua Tree was great, as we went up there twice during the week. If you are going up there, check out the Integratron (see website) but book in advance. Our only disappointment was that it was not a great walking neighborhood-it is somewhat far from the best shopping and restaurants (for walking) and there are no areas of natural beauty close by (other than the dry river bed). Tom, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with in all respects.

“Outstanding Vacation Rental” Our extended family (22 people - 13A/9K) had a great week at Saddle Beach. The house was beautiful and in very good condition. The option of being in the pool or the river during the day was wonderful. The house was clean and well furnished. The dining room table and table on the porch provided plenty of seating for meals. There was plenty of hot water for showers and clean-up after meals. The pool was clean and the river was awesome, with a gradual slope that was perfect for kids and adults. We used the crab traps provided and caught 2 dozen crabs that made a great contribution to dinner on Friday. Crabbing was best by the dock. We caught all but 3 crabs there, rather than out closer to the middle of the river. The AC on the ground floor stopped working on Tuesday, but one call to the owner and the repair team was on-site in less than 2 hours. The issue was resolved before noon on Wednesday. We have been renting vacation properties for years and issues crop up from time to time. We appreciated the quick response and resolution. The one recommendation we will make is to bring bug spray (mosquitos and horse flies). We anticipated it being right on the river, but if you haven't had that experience, you need to be prepared.
