“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“Making Waves” Very nice home. Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. House was clean. Appliances were older, but all in good working condition. Main beds were comfortable. Grandson loved the bunk beds. Golf cart is always a plus and a “must” at Oceanside Villages for easy travel to the beach, pools and playground.

“Great weekend getaway at a great price!” The condo is kept very clean and the host provides lots of great amenities. It is also one of the more affordable options available in the area. “Homey, Cozy, and CLEAN!” This house was one of my all time favorite houses! We were so comfortable and cozy in this house. We made ourselves right at home (which isn't easy for me to do!). Unfortunately, we didn't have the best weather (rain!), but were able to go sledding one day and utilized the stables twice (Shannon was wonderful there! This was a fantastic added bonus for my 7 year old who rides!) I'd love to visit this home in the fall. The fire pit in the yard looked fantastic (it was snow and ice covered for us), and we would love to take advantage of the trail rides at the stables. The owner was extremely attentive...I asked a lot of questions and she never made me feel like it was a problem...and was very quick to respond! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home!

“Marvelous, Relaxing Place/Gracious Owner” I cannot say enough complimentary things about this condo, its location, its condition, and most of all its owner. We had checked with Susan, the owner, about renting one of her places. When she had a late cancellation of the beach condo, she called US. Gave us great price, great arrival/departure leeway, accepted numerous phone calls and was SO gracious each time. The location is great, the beach/weather was marvelous. Very easy trip to Historic Charleston. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely check with Susan FIRST!!

“Winter retreat” Had to take my daughter back to college and escape the frigid north. This condo was perfect. Clean and the furnishings were outstanding. I only hope I can do this again real soon. Orange Beach was amazing. This condo and area is a real treasure. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable and relaxing.

“Great visit” The condo was very clean and well maintained. We have plenty of room to spread out and relax. The view from balcony is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Kevin is very helpful. We left items in condo and were immediately contacted, with pictures. It was nice to deal with someone who was honest. You won’t regret renting this condo.

“Great Condo and Resort” The condo and location were lovely. Right on the beach and a wonderful balcony with beach views and ocean breezes. Right next to an RV park so no hotels blocking the ocean view. Resort has several pools and jacuzzis and easy access to ocean. The only issues we had were of the maintenance type. The table and chairs were very wobbly and with half of the chairs unable to be used. Master bed was so uncomfortable we had to buy a mattress topper. We couldn't get the lights to work in the kitchen or spare room and had to replace all light bulbs. The owner was quick to reply to our requests and did send a replacement lamp for the spare room. Overall it was a fun week and the condo had everything we needed to cook and relax after enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect family tental” I rented this home for a week in July my husband and two small kids had a great time. It was far enough but close to the hustle and bustle of tourist life, plenty of stores nearby for necessities. The community in which this house is is great. Quick drive to the beach with bathroom access, 3 big pools with plenty of playroom for kids. I loved the kiddie pools and splash area also bathrooms st the pool. The home is clean and quiet, a nice deck outside to sit and eat. It was great there was a BBQ for use. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The two showers have great pressure and hot water! The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need minus food and spices. If I was to return to SC I would definitely rent again. Patrick is very responsive and was great to rent from!

“Wonderful place to stay in ROCKPORT for Memorial Day weekend” The condo was so comfortably furnished and clean with all necessary amenities and more...beds were very comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms pleasantly stocked - cooking was very easy. The pier across the street on the bay was so convenient for fishing and the little town was easy to move about with plenty of eateries and of course an HEB and Walmart for shopping for groceries and such. The owner was so gracious and accommodating and the newly tiled bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Wish we could have been there longer - to fish and just relax and enjoy the great views from the balcony. Excellent experience. Hope to stay here in this condo again.

“Absolutely relaxing and comfortable” I stayed for a long weekend with my son, daughter in law, and 2 toddlers. The lights were on and the television's on when arrived (9:30pm at night). It was so welcoming and so cozy. We had our own private patio with beautiful landscaping that the children were able to run around and run off some of that energy. The location was ground floor and a very short walk to the beach. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Loved our stay, just wish it were longer!

“Home away from home !!!” Great beach front, relaxing and comfortable getaway. All the things you could think of to do right there, lots of restaurants to eat your favorite foods, sight seeing but when we are there do not really want to leave and that also means when vacation is over also do not want it to end!!
