“Location, Location, Location!” LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, From start to finish this Rental property was so Easy to rent. The owner Erik felt like someone I had know forever. Very personable and very attentive. Loved that it felt like home and not a museum you couldn't live in. I had My Daughters and they're husbands and 4 grandchildren and they all had such a great time. Loved that we were able to walk down to main street without having to drive and park. Thank you so much Erik, enjoyed your home and would most definitely stay there again. Maybe a Girlfriends weekend, next! :)

“Amazing!!” Great place! The board games had us entertained all night! And the Disney movie selections were amazing for movie night. The house was very spacious. And the owner was quick to reply with any questions regarding our stay. Will want to go back maybe in the spring next time.

“The Perfect Vermont Getaway” When I visit Vermont in winter, I tend to go with a mixed crowd. Part of our group are avid skiers/snowboarders, the other part (well, me) are not. This house allows you to experience the best of both worlds, with something for everyone. Situated on top of the mountain (within walking distance to the lodge and with a shuttle that can pick you up right outside the front door), it's in the absolute perfect location for those who like to lace up their boots and hit the slopes. For anyone not playing snow bunny for the day, you are smack dab in the middle of Okemo with plenty of cafes, shopping, and scenic walks just down the hillside (or a very short drive away if you wish to explore). The house itself is also a fantastic, light, open space that is comfortable no matter which straw you draw for beds (we got the twins in the upstairs loft and had one of the soundest sleeps I'd had all winter). Plus, who doesn't love a hot tub. You never feel cramped even with a full house. The living room is an amazing space to just sip coffee and read your book in the morning sunshine or in front of the fire. The owners are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful, and made sure our stay was top-notch. They have everything outlined for you in a book when you arrive and are there for you should you have any questions. I can't wait to go back next winter!

“Great location!” We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was comfortable, clean, and warm, which was great since it was New Year's Eve!! It is close to some great local hiking and shopping, like Brasstown Bald, Hiawasee, Appalachian Trail. Perfect for families with kids (young or older).

“Fantastic weekend in lake arrowhead!” We had a wonderful time in arrowhead at this cabin with a group of friends. The house was huge, in wonderful shape, and the owners were on call as soon as we got there for any questions. The only issue we had was that the ipod hookup didn't work, but the owners were very attentive in helping us configure a different music system. Overall, awesome. Bring your own ipod speakers, and if it is snowing bring tire chains or they won't let you drive up (we had a few guests who got stuck). We would 100% go back to this house! Perfect weekend!

“Great base for Florida Holiday” The house and location were great. The heated pool was perfect for our children who would have spent the entire holiday in it if we had let them. The service was great and communication from the owner just right. We would stay here again if we returned to the area.

“Fantastic holiday villa” Communication with owners was fantastic from enquiry to booking and return home. The villa was luxurious and we had a fantastic family stay, from relaxing at the villa in the pool to visiting local theme parks, location was great , quiet estate and handy for local amenities!!! We would definitely visit again, very spacious, excellent facilities including washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of storage and bedrooms were fantastic. Games room was a real hit with the kids along with the pool. We all really enjoyed the villa.

“Beautiful Family Memories” We stayed in the Snow Basin condo in March, 2011 with our 6 and 7 year old children for a fabulous family ski trip. The condo was beautifully appointed and we had everything we needed and more. It was very convenient to all of the ski areas as well as to the grocery store and restaurants. For a little more variety it was just a short drive to indoor sky-diving, movie theaters, and a wonderful children's museum. We were glad to see them during a day when the snow was falling so heavily that we did not want to ski. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious. The complex was very quiet and we were never disturbed by loud neighbors like the time we went to Taos, NM to ski. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home for a family vacation!

“Very Nice Location, Property, and Experience” The booking process was very easy and straightforward. It was much easier than bookings I have done on other sites. I felt my payment and information was secure. The process of checking in and getting access to the condo was very efficient as well. There was a minor hiccup with the entry code, but the customer service line was able to correct it right away. The house was nice and spacious. It had everything we needed to ensure we had a proper vacation. While there were some initial headaches, the owner and customer support line were always there to ensure we were satisfied. The location was great. it seems that there is a lot of development going on in this location. There were multiple places to eat, and shop. It was not far from all of the main attractions. Because of its proximity to I-4, there was minimal traffic. The pool and facilities were clean and comfortable. I met a lot of nice people there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation that is close to all the great things in Orlando.

“A very welcoming home.” Our second stay and as great as the first time. A decorated Christmas tree greeted us, which was very nice. There was a bottle of wine to celebrate the New Year. The heated pool and hot tub were great. The home was near shopping and it didn't take us long to drive to the attractions. All in all we all enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home. “Superb orlando villa - fantastic family home away from home” This was our first ever booking with HomeAway/VRBO and we were immediately drawn by the description, photos and other reviews on the site for Lakeview House. We decided to go for it (a family of 3 adults, 2 children) and the booking process was seamless - Derek, the owner, was in constant touch and with very useful information ahead of arrival. Although our flight from the UK had a bit of a glitch (meaning we arrived in the dead of night) we found the place without issue. There is always a nagging doubt with 'owner direct' type sites that pictures can be taken to flatter, or camera angles used to conceal. However, this is completely without warrant in this case and I can categorically guarantee that what you see in the pictures is absolutely what you get in real life! Think that wonderful vista over the lake behind Mickey and Minnie framing the fountain is an illusion? Absolutely not, it's that fantastic. Think the pictures of the pool and spa look too good to be true? Well believe it, we enjoyed them to the full. Games room really that capable? Oh yes, my son and I enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey immensely. This villa was perfect, and as travellers a long way from home, it was a joy to stay in. Location was excellent - to the west end of the '192' so great for driving to the parks and in a quiet and tidy residential street. As there is no-one immediately to the right of this villa (there's a small 'inlet' from the lake) there is a 'semi-detached' feel to it which adds to the sense of open-ness and space when out the back. Facilities were superb, kitchen well appointed, TVs everywhere. Missing 'ice hockey' pucks were spotted before we arrived and dealt with proactively - this villa is clearly well managed and Derek gave us a ring mid-stay to check everything was ok. Beds were comfy and air con and fans meant the villa was always a welcome and refreshing haven at the end of tough day in the parks. It was an intense two weeks for us as a family, as we were doing the Disney and Universal 'thing' to the max but the villa was everything we hoped for and more. We whole-heartedly recommend this villa either as a base for doing the Orlando 'Madness' or simply as somewhere to stay 24/7 and soak up the sun quietly. We will certainly return, God-willing, and if you're reading this and tempted to book, go ahead and bon vacances! Thanks you Derek and Julie for sharing your home with us. “Perfect getaway” Is this edited version ok to put on the website? We just had the most relaxing time at Mountain Dream Cabins. We went with very little expectation as this was our first mountain getaway after moving to Charlotte 7 months ago. We absolutely loved it. The cabins are so you have a lot of privacy and we like that a lot. It was great to unwind and disconnect from the world for a short time. “Fantastic facility with equally wonderful hospitality” The facility was rustically beautiful, clean, spacious and charming. Both Dan and Loraine were kind and met every one of our needs. The kitchen was filled with every conceivable appliance in perfect condition. We could not have had a better facility for the days we stayed. The beauty of the Wisconsin countryside was visible from every room. Also Dan was very gracious to show some of our relatives his farm and the deer.

“Relaxing Stay with family in condo” we had a relaxing stay at the condo mainly the kids had good time in the heated pool and game room. Condo had all the amenities exactly stated in the ad and looked same as in the pictures. It is closer to the Disney World parks. It had walmart and other shopping area within few miles.It was easy check-in and check-out and well managed.Looking forward to stay again sometime this year.

“Truly Amazing” Storytellers the most amazing place to stay. I will definitely return. The owner was always prompt on responding to emails and went above and beyond helping us with our stay. My family and I enjoyed the pool, the cinema, and spa during our stay. We had absolutely no problems with our stay at Storytellers. My 5 year old granddaughter loved the Frozen Room and didn't want to come home. The house is so inviting and beautiful. This house is a must if you are planning a trip to Kissimmee area.

“Beautiful Villa” What a brilliant holiday we had in one of Ellis Exclusive Villa's last summer. Lisa, our contact was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She provided a fantastic welcome pack which included all the essentials we needed to get our holiday off to a flying start, even a lovely bottle of wine. The villa was spotless on arrival, plenty of bedding and towels were provided and the quality of the overall product was second to none. Located close to excellent local amenities and attractions it was a perfect base for our holiday. We loved it so much we have booked to go back summer 2014.
