“Great Spring Break Ski Trip” Our family of four stayed in this condo for spring break in March 2014. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The master has a large attached bath that makes getting ready a breeze. The guest bedroom is large with two beds which were very comfortable for our children. The other 2-bath (one tub, one shower) is attached to this guest room which is handy when you're trying to get two kids ready at once. The condo is located right in the village just steps from the ice rink and close to several restaurants. It's just a short walk past the ice rink to the escalator that leads to the slopes and ski school. The unit came with a ski locker downstairs which was very convenient. The building also has 24 hour front desk which would come in handy if there were issues, but we had no issues. The concierge was also very helpful in helping us obtain reservations in advance of our trip, and a last minute reservation once we were there. We rented a car for the trip realizing that we might not need it much, and indeed we spent most of the trip in and around the village using the free shuttle the one time we needed it. However, if a car is in your plans the unit comes with underground heated parking. The owner took the time to send us several recommendations for dinner before our arrival. We spent one dinner at Grouse Mountain Grill. We were expecting typical mountain fare, but were very pleasantly surprised with the meal. It's not inexpensive by any means, but definitely worth the trip. The kids menu items were not just afterthoughts but high quality meals. If you're looking for a nice dinner, this is worth a look. We have used Vrbo several times and always are appreciative when the rental is as advertised. We also appreciated the time the owner spent sending us recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

“A Magical Stay” What's not to love about this home! First and foremost Brandie herself is a genuine person who really cares about the people who stay at her home. From the initial contact of a personal phone call, to her follow ups on every little question, to her wishing us a safe trip to a thank you and welcome home at the end, Brandie is truly a great family person! The home itself was as described in other reviews and more. The location to the clubhouse could not have been better. A short walk down the path (100yds maybe) and the kids were relaxing by the lagoon pool! The added security of a gated community provided additional piece of mind even though you are only 5mins from Disney. The staff at the community became like family before we left. Friendly, cheerful, always willing to stop and talk about anything and everything! The home itself is exactly as pictured! Clean and comfortable made for it enjoyable to return home for afternoon breaks from the park. The Disney bedroom was the room of choice for our youngest! The downstairs bedroom provided a nice separation for our oldest to have her space when exhaustion took over:). We have rented homes before when traveling to Disney and Brandie's is at the top of the list! From location, ease of access, amenities, cleanliness, comfort and exceptional (what I will call) customer service and value, you won't find a better place to stay or person to work with then Brandie and her home!!! We will definitely be back again!!! Thanks Brandie :)

“Beautiful home, great location, heated pool” This home has it all. It is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac on Glendale's arrowhead Lakes. This beautiful home is furnished with style and quality in mind. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for a large croud. The family room and eat in kitchen is the heart of the home. Large patio doors off the family room allows for indoor and outdoor living. A covered patio gave us shelter from the sun, while others enjoyed the pool, the sun, and the enormous surrounding deck. The heated diving pool was defiately a hit for everyone. Whether you relax around the pool or enjoy the shade from the covered deck, this place has it all. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens luxerious. The air conditioning provided comfortable tempuratures durig day and night. Just down the road is a grocery store and plenty of dining. A short drive will take you to all the shopping you'll want. Overall... a five star home and location. We will definately be returning to this property again. I would highly recommend this vacation property to everyone.

“Great place to make memories!” Loved having the children and grandchildren all together for a school vacation. We were so close to many venues and didn't need anything but the pool to entertain us once we returned home every day! Spacious house, that was well stocked with linens and cookware. Nice neighborhood. We would come back again. :)

“A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Nice house for large family” The house itself is very attractive. The bedrooms were very well appointed. There were sufficient towels and plates, silverware, glassware, etc., for our party. Our major problem was the parking. It is a very over-crowded community and we had five cars (to be expected in a six master-bedroom house that fits 18+), and we often had trouble parking near the house. My only other complaint (if you could call it that) was the trash. We had one large trash can and it got picked up on Monday morning. We were there for six full days with 13 people, so we easily refilled it up and then had multiple loose bags with nowhere to put them through the end of our stay. No recyclable can was available, either, so recyclables had to go in trash bags. Owner was easy to work with. Thanks for a very nice home!

“Harbor View Grande Suite # 707 Excellent 5 Star *****” A Big Thank you to the owners and Staff of 707. The accommodations where beyond our expectations. The décor was professionally done and the Suite was spotless upon arrival. The champagne was a special treat and all the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers for our use was that extra touch. Harborview is centrally located to all shops and restaurants. The balcony views from sunrise to sunset was truly magnificent. Highly recommend to all friends and relatives. Will definitely return. “Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. “A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!

“Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!

“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. “Lighthouse” Had a wonderful time at our stay in New Symrna Florida! Steps from the beach very nice experience! The house was lovely very scenic neighborhood! Everything was very close! Even a Bob Ross studio where you can paint your own masterpiece in 4 hour class! Very excited to return again!

“Budget friendly, spacious home” We loved staying only a few short miles from Disney in a home that could accommodate our large family. Parking was very tight, but we managed. The home offered plenty towels, bedding, dishes, flatware, etc. for our large crew. I was, however, glad I packed some cookware as it would have taken a much longer time to feed a large group with the small cookware provided. I was impressed with how no one had to take cold showers as the hot water heater was able to keep up with everyone taking showers for church on Sunday morning. The air conditioning worked perfectly & the owner had recently purchased a brand new grill. We did have difficulty getting some of the electric outlets to work and one of the overhead lights did not work at all in one of the bedrooms. There were a few issues with ants and roaches when we first arrived, but we purchased bait plus the exterminator came on her regularly monthly visit while we were there & took care of the issue. I guess the biggest inconvenience was that there were no shelves on the refrigerator door. The house would have been perfect had refrigerator had those shelves or there had been a second refrigerator in the garage/game room. It was inconvenient to have to go grocery shopping every 2-3 days because the refrigerator would not hold enough food for a large group. The washer & dryer, however, were huge & plenty big! There were a few other minor issues, but we decided we would rather live with them than have to stay at the house & wait for the management company to come & deal with them. Overall, I would recommend this home to anyone. The owner is obviously trying to keep the house up.
