“Awesome house” We enjoyed the views in the evening. GREAT location centrally located to visit Yosemite, Kings Canyon, or Sequoia National Park. Good roads with scenic views. Liza responds to any questions quickly and the Caretaker Steve is a new west coast brother. He even called me a few days in advance to let me know the house would be available if I wanted to check in earlier in the day so we could have extra time to sightsee and he told me what roads to travel for the best views on the way in. it's not often you get a call offering to let you check in early. In a word awesome place!!!

“Great Place” This is a great place. Ton's of space. Super Clean. The complex is quiet at night. The pool is heated so you can swim at night. Which the kids loved. Super Friendly service. .We will definitely stay here again.

“Good Stuff!” This place was perfect for us. ~2 adults and 3 kids in the master (2 kids in the closet Queen bed, and the baby in a pack n play & still tons of room) ~2 adults in the 2nd bedroom down stairs with their 2 kids in the closet Queen bed. ~3rd adult in the Queen in the loft ~4th adult babysitter in the bed in the loft next to the bunk beds, We had tons of room. It was nice. Enjoyed eating at the long table, and partying at the large island. Did a night at the pool with the kids and relaxed at the Hot Tub. It was nice as they had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed, and even had spices, salt and pepper, so we didn't have to buy it to use it once. My only suggestion would be to possibly place a humidifier in each room, so we would have the option of running some moisture in the room. The air is so dry, and after being wind chapped on the mountain, we ran the heater a lot, so it made it even worse. We walked to the Village and had dinner and drinks multiple time a day. Its literly that close. Maybe 80 steps... Amazing. We actually ended up calling them and staying a 3rd night, and they give a discount if you extend your stay. I would deff stay there again, and next trip up there, we will hopefully be able to stay there again!!!

“Perfect Location and Owner” Couldn't have asked for a better week with our family! Location was perfect, we skied in and skied out each morning, never got in the car except to go to Mammoth Brewery and stock up on IPa growlers. With an early checkin, thanks to Peter who worked to accomodate everything and anything. Our kids loved the place, sledding right in front of the condo while my husband and I were able to sit on the couch and watch by the cozy fire. Beds are extremely comfortable, easy to cuddle into after a long day on the slopes. Kitchen was perfect size and had everything that was needed. Pool and spa are right outside the balcony which we used each night after the slopes, again perfect size and such friendly people. Overall... Perfect! There was even a cozy blanket on the couch... Cannot wait to get back!

“Steve's place was very, very welcoming” Steve's place was perfect. Not only was it clean and comfortable, it was very, very welcoming. Steve left a lot of guides and tips that made it easy for us to plan out our days at Mammoth Lakes and find good restaurants at night. The hot tub and pool were also great after a day of long hikes! It was also our first time at Mammoth Lakes and booking online, and Steve was very patient and kind to us during the process. I definitely would recommend his place, and Mammoth Lakes, to anyone interested.
