“Quiet oasis after a long day” I stayed here with my 16 year old daughter to celebrate her birthday and attend the Ellen Show. Marc welcomed us and gave us a short tour of the property. He had even gotten her a piece of cake with a candle, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The property was within walking distance of the studio and there were a lot of conveniences within a 10 minute drive of the property. I really enjoyed that it was on a quiet cul-de-sac since being out and about in LA is so hectic with traffic and people everywhere. It was also within a 20-30 minute drive to all of the places we wanted to visit, which is considered close in the LA area. It was also very refreshing to come back to a comfy apartment with a jetted tub after a long day of sightseeing. Also, another thing I noticed was that the gas prices were at least 40 cents cheaper than some of the more touristy areas. We would definitely rent again and recommend this property to anyone!

“Very inviting warm home!” I rented this home in July with 4 teenagers. Boys in one room, girls in the other. They all loved having their own bathrooms in their bedroom, which by the way are very modern. Frank is an excellent host! He left a book out with the famous hot spots and closest grocery store with directions how to get to each place. The first day we walked around the wrong way and mentioned it to Frank in the morning. He was very gracious and gave us a mini ride around Hollywood and surrounding areas to show us where things are located. He should have been a tour guide, he went out of his way to do that. We did not expect that. His house is very clean. We found the neighborhood to be safe. Location is fantastic. We were able to walk to practically everything we wanted to see, even Runyon Canyon. A few things we took a cab too. There is a garage space if you rent a car. If we are ever in the California area again, I will be renting from Frank in the future. I had my security deposit back the next day after I arrived home. I strongly recommend this house as a vacation rental. My teenagers, and myself, very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Thanks to Frank for making our Hollywood experience very enjoyable and care free. My family is from Wisconsin, and so much enjoyed the California weather. We will be back!
