“Spectacular retreat/ rejuvenating!!!” After first discovering this place through family, I have since vacationed her every chance I get with my husband. And now since having a baby we now bring her along as well as the place is right on the beach, the pool is to die for and everything you could ever think of is taken care if for you. The staff, Carla and Marco are a delight if we decided to stay in Carla would make our meals... Marco would keep everything looking just a stunning as when we arrived... The house can be your own retreat or get down and invite your friends and have bob fires on the beach an let loose... Your close enough to walk to Marthas a local restaurant on the beach. If you surf you just have to wake up and walk down the beach to the right... If you need to hit up the locals and get your groove on the little town is just a short trip down the road... With amazing local crafts and restaurants... Boraborracha on a Sunday night is the place to watch some local dancing eat drink and be merry... We've recommended this house to many friends one if which loved it so much he returned and got married there!!! Everyone gets their own villa with their own open air bathroom The "ariba suite" is like living in your own jungle tree house. The "domed" suite has an insane massive open bathroom you can see the ocean from every suite and the hot tub is perfect for that afternoon dip after your surf or horseriding adventure. Can not wait to return with a bunch if friends in March 2011. To celebrate a 40th birthday. If your looking to get a way for a peaceful yoga retreat, surf, wedding or to just mix with some local Mexican culture and do nothing but lounge by the ocean/ pool this is your nirvana. “Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Outstanding” This was my second visit to Casa Las Brisas and it was even better than my first. I could keep coming back year after year. The food, magnificent views, spectacular sunsets, and luxurious accommodations all make for a superb vacation! The staff is outstanding. Although we like to golf (El Tamarindo and Isla Navidad) are great courses, it is also nice to just lay back and enjoy the wonderful weather and pools. My husband and I travel a great deal, but we love to come back to Casa Las Brisas!

“Magical!” This place is really like paradise. I have never stayed anywhere that made me feel like I must be dreaming. The weather is always pleasant in Sayulita - not too hot, not humid, not wet, not buggy - so to stay at El Templito where the entire living, dining, lounge area, and kitchen are outdoors but private was magical. It is also only down a short staircase to the beach. The bedrooms each have their own bathrooms and plenty of storage space for long stays. The rooms are airy and makes you feel like you are enjoying the outdoors while being inside your room. The entire house is well-thought out and clean.

“Peaceful Paradise” My wife and I just returned from a 5 week stay and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The unit is modern, clean, and offers lots of natural light with views of the ocean, the marina, northward coastline, eastward hills, partial pool view, and the northeast part of town that was fantastic to look at during the evening. The wrap-around deck is huge and I spent many hours just sitting there soaking it all in. The layout of the unit is very practical and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is a large Soriana grocery store only 3 blocks away as well as a couple bus stops where you can easily catch a bus to the centro and be at the malecon in about 10 minutes. (You never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus) This was our 7th trip to PV and for our next trip I'll more than likely stay here again. My only concern is that the hot tubs - 3 of them - require an hour notice to heat up, and the pool was a bit chilly on some days (hence the 4 of 5 star service rating). But, the size of the pool is awesome and perfect for swimming laps, which I did daily. Hanging out by the pool and the ocean was very peaceful, everyday. (unlike many of the hotels we've stayed at in PV) Lou was fantastic to deal with and very responsive to all our questions or concerns. I hope to be going back to his place very soon.
